My last 2 orders for home delivery have been delayed . Really disappointing service from used to be a very reliable next day delivery company .
I have emailed and had no response.
Both times the items have arrived after the events I had so I then had to return them , this is just very inconvenient and has cost me money each time with parking and travel costs!

I think £4.95 delivery fee is too much…
I think £4.95 delivery fee is too much and then on top of that it’s £2.95 to return when It’s not very easy to get to a store.

No idea where part of order is
Ordered 2 items on 19th Sept. Paid for next day delivery. Did not receive next day delivery. 1 of the items is yet to show up. "Tracking unavailable" doubt it is even with a courier.
