Thanks for making my life easier
I've been using Nemlig for a couple of years now, both at my workplace (where I am responsible for ordering food and preparing lunches) and at home. The service is consistently excellent. The orders come on time and correctly fulfilled -- and on the very rare occasion when a mistake is made, it is rectified quickly and well. I don't think there's anything Nemlig can do to improve their service, it's outstanding. Thanks for making my life easier, Nemlig!

I like the flexible delivery times and the efficient customer service in case I need help. The couriers are also always nice and helpful. It’s nice that there are more premium products available now and would be even better to have more options to choose from.

I've been using this grocery delivery…
I've been using this grocery delivery service for a while now, and it's super convenient! They deliver right to my doorstep, which saves me so much time.
One thing to keep in mind is that the quality of fresh produce can sometimes vary, but this does not depend on them, they just deliver… and as it is always with french products, it is best to choose yourself. 😀 Anyway, still good… the convenience and time saved are worth it! I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for an easy way to stock up on groceries

Nice but fix the website
I shop at nemlig for convenience (and freshness) which they for the most part live up to. Besides that, the customer service is great the times I've had to speak to them. However, lately the website has been painfully slow to a degree where it would have almost taken me the same time to find the groceries at a physical supermarket. It seems like every character in the search is evaluated extensively, which is annoying when searching for something specific and not just "br".
Also it is on the expensive side but then again I don't have to go anywhere

Good to have more delivery options
It is great that recently there are more delivery times available to choose from.
The courier’s behavior is not very consistent and it feels that there’s not that much of training there. Some of them are super nice and friendly but there have been a quite few that didn’t feel like that.
The quality of the products are good, at least most of the time.

I have had 2 deliveries from Nemlig and have had no problems. Food has long shelf life and fresh items such as squash, bananas etc. are a good size

We understand your concern about plastic usage and want to assure you that sustainability is a top priority for us at nemlig.com. To minimize our environmental impact, we’ve designed a system where the packaging we use, such as plastic bags, cardboard boxes, and thermal boxes, can be returned and recycled. Simply leave the packaging out on your next delivery day, and our driver will collect it for proper recycling.
We use plastic bags because, when reused or recycled, they have a lower environmental impact than alternatives like bioplastic or paper bags. Through our partnership with Stena Recycling, 97% of the collected plastic bags are turned into recycled plastic. This process helps us save up to 2 kilos of CO2 for every kilo of plastic recycled.
