Throwaway packaging so disappointing. The products are great
The products are great. I received very good help from the shop staff. BUT was so disappointed about the corporate use of packaging: Neal's Yard no longer takes seriously RETURNING and RE-USING their glass bottles. Many of the products are now in plastic and include compulsory dispensers- surely those should be an optional extra which you can buy?
Hey Guys there is a pollution mountain! and Climate change is real! This doesn't sit well with herbalism

Gentle on My Skin and an Absolute Favourite!
I have been absolutely loving my Neal’s Yard Remedies products! 💙
I was gifted the Women’s Balance range, and I have been so impressed with my experience so far. As someone who suffers from eczema, I am always mindful of the products I use on my skin. I have found this range to be gentle on my skin, and I love how refreshing and uplifting it makes me feel every time I use it.
I only need one or two drops in my bath or on my body puff alongside my favourite body wash or soap, and it is absolutely lovely! It has become such a beautiful part of my self-care routine, and I am so pleased that I can enjoy using it without experiencing irritation.
I was also gifted the Neal’s Yard hand sanitiser spray, and I loved it so much that I decided to purchase one for myself! That says it all. It is definitely something I will be returning to.
Neal’s Yard Remedies, you are doing a wonderful job! I am genuinely enjoying your products, and I look forward to trying more. My only wish is that the products came in bigger bottles because I would happily have more of my favourites! 😂

I love the French lavendar essential…
I love the French lavendar essential oil, this is what I asked for, the girl serving me struggled to find it, then said she found it, when I got home it was the organic lavendar oil that I did not ask for, its not the same,it is more aromatic and more expensive.
The French is the most beautuful and soothing.
Both Lavendar oils do seem a little more watered down in the last year, unless I have become addicted..
Please don't sacrifice the quality of your wonderful products.

The perfume is back …
Successful visit to Neals Yard in Covent Garden. Was met with a two lovely things. One, a very helpful assistant and two, the perfume is back. Thank goodness.
I used to wear the Frankincense perfume which I believe has been rebranded and is now called Petrichor. Love love love it.

I love NY products however…..ordered…
I love NY products however…..ordered the ‘Energy roll- on’ which has hugely increased in price unfortunately.
I also ordered a sample of one of the new perfume sprays, the one with frankincense in hope that this new one was similar to ‘Frankincense No 1’, my signature spray, my favourite of all time and it was my regular purchase since they first made it ….many moons ago.
I’m afraid I’m disappointed with the new fragrance and plead with NY to please bring it back, please?

Great website, gorgeous products, ethical, organic, sustainable products and responsible sourced materials, just one thing a bit too expensive to buy regularly so tend to shop when sale prices or I have gift voucher. However for the lovely products ingredients it is worth the price.
