A Brilliant Company where you can speak to a human.
I received the wrong item but when I contacted them they were absolutely brilliant. They corrected the order and I received the correct item within two days. Every item I have received has never disapointed. The new Wild Rosehip Glow Cream is fantastic.

Beautiful, quality products & gorgeous fragrance
I am delighted with all my products, they are excellent quality, all natural & organic, very good value & last a long time. I have used the blend oils in my diffuser for many years, love all the remedies to roll for the instant moment of calm throughout the day & the Night Time one with the pillow mist is the perfect sleep ritual, a must have. I also use the Arnica salve for any aches & pains. The tea tree oil is very cleansing & antiseptic. The delivery is prompt, products are packaged well & the customer service is excellent & very efficient 🙂

Not offering anything new here sadly as I love Neal's Yard
The perfume's smell so similar to each other with one dominant fragrance and as I have previously purchased the pure essence rose and pure essence frankincense I feel the perfumes are too similar to those. They don't offer anything new
