This looks so much like our little dog Emma, that we lost about a month ago at the age of 14, that we both started crying. Definitely try out Petsies. It’ll give you one of the best gifts to remember your dog by that you’ll ever have.

I am speechless. Thank you so much for giving me a little something back that I lost. ❤️🩹❤️🩹

When I opened up the package one of my dogs saw the replica of her bff and started whimpering and came immediately over and started licking it. Definitely a great representation of our beloved Breezy.

The Petsies crew did a wonderful job creating a plushie of my recently passed dog. They clearly paid extreme attention to detail with the many pictures I sent them and the few tweaks requested after the initial design. The likeness to my Kujo is uncanny.

I ordered a cat plush for my family as our cat recently passed away. The cat we received did not look like our cat. It was a very scary cat, my kids are afraid of it. I contacted support and they were not very helpful. They told me I could send it back and pay return shipping, after having already paid to have it shipped to me. While I appreciate the fact that I can return it, I do not appreciate the fact that this terrifying plush will cost me $50+ just to ship it and we still dont have a plush for the family to enjoy. Terribly customer service, terrible product. Go with cuddle clones or someone else.

My keepsake of Kota Bear is beautiful and gives me something to hug since she descended over the rainbow bridge. They took every description from me and captured her beauty for me.

I ordered a plush of my special needs bun, Benji who I lost 2 months ago. He was- and is, still so very dear to me. I feel like I've literally lost a part of myself with him and our routine together (regular vet visits, having to travel everywhere together because he needed medication multiple times a day etc) no longer being around. I wanted to get a plushy of him, because I hardly feel myself without a bun (bun parents will tell you. There is nothing more relaxing after a hard day than covering your eyes with their little velvet-y ears)
I spent roughly £250 on a custom plush. I wanted it to be weighted, like he was, to help with my anxiety, and a little pouch that I could keep some of his ashes in. I sent inphotos showing off his beautiful little face, and one of the cute bunny sploot (where you can see his little bum and his tail and his long legs and feet!) he was a gorgeous, lean, cinnamon bun. What I got was legitimately shapeless. A big round head with no snout, legs that belong to a little munchkin cat and the body was big and round. No care taken on rabbit anatomy for sure- maybe a Holland lop or a Netherland dwarf would have been better suited...maybe but not my Benji. The fur they chose to use was white- and just airbrushed so there was no depth of colour to it with the white showing through no matter how I brushed it and had a residue feel to it- not soft like a bunny. Maybe my expectations were too high. But I feel like I could have (should have) paid an independent artist who would have taken the time to get it all just right for me but I chose petsies specifically because of the huge range of animals they have in their gallery, the horses and chickens especially look so incredible with very distinct shaping giving them a very realistic look. I never complain about things, but I can't let this go, the absolute disappointment I felt in the pit of my stomach as soon as I opened that box, and paying £250 for the pleasure. My boyfriend- Benji's bundad said that the plushie looked like "how he would look if we hadn't had him cremated" 😬 yikes.

The Petsie looks very similar to my sisters dog and they made it just right. It's a wonderful experience to have your little one here with you again even if it is just as a plushy. A piece of him will always be with us physically now and it helps my sister alot. Even though the nose is made a bit smaller than it was it is still the best Plushy you could get a pet owner.

Petsies advertised a 20% off sale on pet PORTRAITS. It looked like a painting. It wasn't. They merely made a paper copy off the picture you send in. It's like a poster and takes 2 minutes to upload and print AND ship.
Big rip off.
No. My photos were NOT blurry, Petsie. They are quite, quite clear. Don't attempt to distract from the fact that you sent something that can be done using a phone picture choice setting instead of actually doing a painted portrait of my dogs. It's no wonder people are unhappy with your versions of their beloved pets.

My son says it looks and feels just like his old bunny! He is so happy to have something to remind him of his favorite pet!

I'm very disappointed in how our order turned out. Given the price we paid i expected not only the quality to be better but for our order to actually look like our beloved pet.

My Sasha was so accurate that my son was shocked at her sitting on the table. She’s perfect to me and she makes me smile.

Love that they email you every step of the way, and if they need a better photo, they ask. They keep their customer in the loop.

It was perfect! Looks exactly like our girl! My daughter is so excited to now be able to "take her dog to college with her"!!

I have to share how much we love our Petsie! The likeness to our dog even fooled him! I put the Petsie on the floor and he kept smelling the dog. It was the cutest- I think my dog was jealous of his Petsie! Very realistic! Highest quality and great attention to detail!

I’m honestly heartbroken. I had such high hopes for this stuffed animal—it was supposed to be a memorial of my beloved dog who passed, something to hold onto when the grief feels overwhelming. But what I received left me gutted.
The proportions are completely off. There’s no real neck—just a head awkwardly attached to a body—and it throws everything off. The tongue is oddly sticking out, which wasn’t in the photos I submitted, and it feels so out of place. Even my 12-year-old noticed how strangely thin the legs are.
The only thing that remotely resembles my dog is the color and the texture of the fur, but that’s where the resemblance ends. The moment I opened the box, I felt a pit in my stomach. This was supposed to bring comfort… instead, I just feel sadder. I paid so much for something I hoped would honor her memory, but this just isn’t it.

The dogs nose is pretty crooked. It’s cute but for $200, you’d expect a straight nose.

I appreciate the communication when I had questions. The final stuffed dog of our Bruno is fantastic and brought tears to our eyes. My son loves it and taking it to college.

Doesn't look anything like my cat. My brown and black tabby is covered in white fur. They said there's an alteration process, but they refuse to call me back and talk to me to explain the process and answer my questions about it and how they'll fix their own mistakes. They say they can only answer phone calls with emails, but an email isn't enough to answer my questions. A ten-minute conversation would have solved this problem days ago, but their customer service is stubborn and refuses to listen to customers' needs.
This is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Just absolutely terrible product and even worse service. Carli needs a job that doesn't involve contact with other human beings. Customer service isn't for her.
EDIT: They reached out to me through email. I asked them to call me back and they refused. Email isn't an ideal form of communication. A phone call to customers to help them out is the bare minimum expectation in a case like this. Like I said, Petsie's refuses to speak to me.
