We received an email saying our Petsie was completed but a month later we still hadn’t received it. I reached out to customer services and they said we would get an email notification with a tracking # once it shipped. I emailed them again after the estimated ship date had passed and they told me they shipped it to the wrong address and need to wait but would refund us $20 for our troubles. It’s been a week later and still no update. Terrible customer service.

Appreciate the effort to make things right, but outcome was just not up to par.
I really wanted to be able to say the second plushie turned out great, but after seeing the sneak peek, I was at a loss to describe how it could be fixed. When the plushie arrived, the recipient asked me to get rid of it because he thought it would scare our other cats. I'll be donating it, but for me it was a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

The finished product looks so much like her it’s uncanny. The team at Petsies captured every little detail (and her pattern was complex).

Quality product! Very life-like version of my dog. I will truly cherish this reminder of him. Great communication during the creation process and fast shipping!

This was an amazing experience for me. The artists did such an amazing job designing my cat, and it arrived way faster than the projected date! I’m very happy with my cat plush, and I loved the updates they sent me at every stage of the process!!!!!

Our first experience with peruses was amazing and the stuffie looked just like our pup. Our second experience wasn’t as good. The head doesn’t fit the body at all. Like it’s significantly bigger. On it own the head is an ok resemblance to our dog but it’s so oversized it’s almost comical.

I love my Petsies plush. It is very detailed and looks just like my cat. It is even bigger than I expected. Petsies did a great job getting the markings on my cat just right. The customer support is also great. I highly recommend.

This was a gift to my wife. She loves it

overall this plushie is very great. it took shorter than expected, also delivery for someone who doesn't live in america. i also payed for the heartbeat thingy and that it's a weighted plushie, and it was worth every penny. the fur is soft enough to cuddle with it, but for me sadly it itches a bit because my skin reacts a bit sensitive to certain materials, but this is only by my face! since i got this plushie for my cat who passed away, it's kinda like she is still here. i even get a bit scared when i suddenly see her on the bed again, thinking it's my actual baby. i can only recommend this for everyone who lost their baby, or still has them of course!!

Her face looks just like her. My only concerns are that I was asked if the patches of fur on her back were gray or brown and I answered brown. The patches ended up gray anyways. Also, the Petsie is far bigger than my cat was. I should have gone with the small size instead of the medium.

I lost my sweet dog a little over a month ago. I sent them 3 pics and I cannot overstate how thrilled I am with the final result!! He was a husky with ice blue eyes and they delivered to perfection. Thank you petsies (even though I cried when I unboxed it)!

My Minka-Cat was finished in a very short time, ordering and delivering very easy.
The point why I only gave 4 stars is, I ordered Minka with white Whiskers, and she came with no color Whiskers. This was my only extra wish at Petsies and it wasn´t fullfilled.

Speedy process

My dog passed, and this plush is a keepsake to remember him by. The coloring of the fur is impeccable, and there have been times I've glanced over to where I've left him, and had to double take because it looks just like him. Everyone that worked on this plush did an amazing job, and I received it sooner than estimated which is always great. Fantastic job by all, thank you!
