Ordered and cancelled...no refund
Ordered and cancelled later my products due to extra taxes for delivery in The Netherlands. After several emails I still didn't receive my refund, although they told me to check my creditcard. No refund and they didn't send a creditnote after several questions by email.

No problems with the seller hair and beauty. Product arrived well packaged and was dispatched promptly. The price is fair so thank you Hairandbeauty. I am based in Italy and it was impossible to track the item once it had left the UK, which complicated delivery arrangements as there were (thanks to the wisdom of Bexit) a €9 supplementary customs and postage charge. Since Brexit these charges are normal and out of the retailers control. Still 5* to Hairandbeauty, thank you.

Terrible customer service
Placed my order on the 28th February and still have not received it or a refund. Several emails sent to customer services and they just aren’t interested. They keep saying the parcel is on its way back to them due to an error on evris side and that they can’t refund me until they receive it. I really don’t understand why I have to wait for them to receive the parcel back due to no mistake of my own. Quite happy to take my money but almost a month later no product and no refund whilst I am left out of pocket. First time ordering and will definitely be my last

Great experience and lovely customer service
Received my order really fast. Everything was great.
I did however have to pay for customs because I live in Denmark which I had completely forgotten about and when I wrote an email to them asking about refund if I didn’t pay customs they were super sweet and fast answer.
Obviously I ended up paying customs and the order (adore hair dye) was just how it was supposed to be.
I was a little scared to order from them because of other reviews on here but there were no problems:)
