Introduced himself and took shoes off without being asked. Fixed the window, checked the other one just in case. Askex me to check the windows before he left. Great service. Thank you

My new build house came with windows supplied by Munster. I have to commend the levels of professionalism and service they’ve provided when there have been a couple of small issues. Even after more than five years since installation they still come without complaint and fix any problems under the ten year warranty.

Booking an appointment is simple, they attend promptly, and have always fixed the issues first time and with a high degree of care about the finish.

I’m really impressed, very grateful for their help and therefore happy to highly recommend Munster based on my experience.

We have had Gyunay visit on several occasions now, and he always resolves every single issue perfectly. He is absolutely fantastic! When it comes to troubleshooting, he spots the problem in seconds and has it all fixed just a few minutes later.

I contacted the Company @10 days ago regarding an issue with my garage side door.
There was no negative response to my issue at all. 10 days after contacting the company regarding this issue with my garage door, Greg arrived. He was very polite and professional in replacing the door panel, while he was here he also fixed the door as it was not shutting correctly.

It was so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about the work he was doing and gave the customer 100%. I would highly recommend this company and Greg.
