Aaron was brilliant. Phoned night before to agree time, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at adjusting our windows so they opened and closed smoothly ( and no mess either). Without asking, he also did a check on other windows and patio doors and did the adjustment needed. Brilliant experience. Thank you. DR.

We bought a house through Wharfedale Homes and they used Munster Joinery for windows and doors. We identified a problem with natural effloresence etching marks in the aluminium powder coated frames on the bifold doors. Munster refused to repair or replace, the doors were just over a year old. Poor quality. Not fit for purpose. Basically their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. We would advise avoiding this company and going elsewhere for your windows and doors.

I had Munster Joinery come to my house this morning in the blazing heat wave heat. The worker Gulay did a great job in such heat, professional, quick and polite. Thank you for resolving our issues. Great job A+

The technician, a guy called James turned up on time and fully equipped to do the job which was to replace a burst glass unit. He was so careful not to let the glass shatter and even just checked the doors were aligned properly to check it was right and not straining the glass. He was quick, efficient and very mindful that he was working in somebody's home. A credit to your business. Thanks for such excellent service I will be sure to recommend Munster when ever anyone i know needs similar services

We had Munster complete the windows on our self build project in Mayo.
We were assigned Tommy Gallagher as our Rep and from the first conversation we were delighted. He came out and did a walk through of the house with us, gave us options and his recommendations with pros/cons of each.
We knew then we did not need to look anywhere else, and he had our windows fitted in just under 5 weeks. We were sceptical of delivery timelines as we had heard some companies can be 8/10 weeks but again, he shocked us!
We are now working through minor snag lists with Tommy and Stephen and they could not be more responsive.
