Quite decent
My honest opinion is that the samples upclose has some tiny defects but for the amount of price it's pretty reasonable. I am satisfied.
Quick delivery and good service. I got mine 3 weeks but in other sites I would have had to wait 12weeks.

Excellent but SEUR should NOT ship
Friendly and efficient service. Quick and satifactory response, in English, to queries by email. Unlike other companies, thet actually have things in stock. Good quality. The only problem was with the shipping company from hell: SEUR. Wil buy again if a decent shipping company is used,

Terrible service!
First send me a faulty, damaged chair then charged me for the return postage even tough it was not my fault! Was told that it is very normal to find defects on replica chairs but never included that info in the item description, so I could decide before committing to buy! Lost €50 because of them since they charged me for the postage twice!!! They totally refused to take responsibility for their own mistake! Terrible customer service! Be aware!!!!

Speedy delivery and good quality
Very fast delivery (I was in fact surprised).
Good materials and good finish. The only reason I don`t give 5 stars it`s the chairs come with no assembly instructions and I asked the deleivery to be called one hour in advance and that did not happen.

They have great products on a website that is easy to navigate. The order process could not have been easier. I ordered four chairs, they arrived in perfect condition in just 2 days. I was regularly sent updates on my order status leaving nothing to chance. Try this site you won't be disappointed.

Great products,service & price!!
Buying furniture over the internet could be risky, but our Ghost chairs arrived exactly as ordered, in perfect condition and the quality for the price is extremely good value.
We will definitely use Mueble Design again.
