Poor customer service
I havent been communicated about import taxes (to the UK) when I paid for a pair of skates I recently bought. Communication has been very slow and once I returned the skates the shop went completely silent. I had issues with the delivery of the returned items, I asked for help (as the shop had to contact the shipper to approve import taxes from the UK which I was happy to cover) and went completely silent. It has been two months now, they confirmed refund but havent received it yet... which is about £300.
