the shipping Co. SEUR had promised delivery of my order by Oct.31. This is still shown on their internal tracking system. However, to this day nothing has arrived. The tracking system shows 'shipping incident' and 'managing your order', but there's no reply from their customer service neither.

third time good time
I had some trouble initially with the marble table sent, but in the end all got resolved. Table on first delivery had a structural problem; it was replaced relatively quickly but unfortunately arrived broken during transport. Third one in great condition.
Pre- and post-venta are nice, main problem is with the delivery company, which is very inflexible in its communication--pretends to but in reality does not accept a change in telephone number and never carries up to the floor, no matter how much you try--paying the 60 euro in advance and confirming that you need the carrying up.

Great service
We ordered 5 Eames replica chairs in total. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It took the order only 2 days to arrive. I am very very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Could be much better
We bought the Noguchi Coffee table style 19 mm. The legs arrived well - and so did the glass table top - miraculously, since the wood package was literally falling apart upon arrival. The packing as totally inadequate considering the weight of the glass top.

We are sorry that the packaging didn't arrive in good conditions, actually when it left the logistic warehouse was in perfect conditions but propably on the way was maltreated by the shipping company. We use strong carton and wood case to protect the glass from being broken.

Delivery was very good.
The chairs were full of dust and with some stains, but after cleaning them, all ok.
