I gave one star because I could not give negative number of stars. This has to be the worst delivery company ever.
I purchased from Algarve a wallbox in Lisbon from a i9charge, who promised delivery the next day. This was on the 22nd. MRW, the delivery company collected it on the 22nd. Today is the 28th and I still don't have my wallbox with me. Insane, everything in the same country with a 2.5hours distance. To make things even worse, there is no way that one can contact a human being in MRW, it is all through recording and the system does not update. They still have my delivery with a date of yesterday. Avoid this transportation company and all stores that use it at all costs.

I seem to be in the minority
I seem to be in the minority, but following the dreadfull weather here in Central Portugal, our most direct route to our Quinta was made impassable, and the only way to get to us was through the village, this route includes some very narrow parts and sharp turns which were too narrow for the MRW van to pass, so the driver came as far up our other road as was possible, then walked the remaining distance to deliver my parcel. So, as far as I'm concerned, well done whoever was on the delivery route in the Tabua area today.
Worse delivery company ever
Worse delivery company ever. My package is delayed for 5 days and when I wrote to their customer service, they sent a number that is not functioning. After calling for 2 days, I finally managed to speak to one of their agents on this number +351219587279 and I work for customer service most of my life but I would never shout on the phone like the lady that took my call. Take an advice from me MRW, don't hire every airhead that sends you their CV. Invest in training your employees because a company is only as good as their customer service

Today they did the exact same thing with my wife's Temu parcel.
AVOID MRW or vendors that use MRW like the plague.

The worse ever transport company
They passed 6 days ago to my place, didnt give a phone call, didnt send a message to inform of the delivery coming (after waiting for 4 weeks delay!)and i got informed by temu. Since then xero phone call, zero representation of the pacote, xero information and today 24 december it looks like they are not working as noone atends the multiple armazen around lisbon (i finally look for them after failing to get information on their spanish website that also never attends. I m.fed up, even the ctt works better than that and also works on the 24. Total loosers! Dont get into this busines if you can make it propely....wombat!

No calls for delivery, no information given, no address for collectio. Calling them brings no help to identify the issue. I don't understand how big brands work with them.

I only had 2 deliveries from them and had problems in both....it delayed 2 weeks and im still waiting for it....i got a lot of notifications saying that i wasn't home but i was at home this 2 weeks and didn't heard the bell ring a single time or recived any phone calls..... im gonna cancel the delivery

This is by far the worst couriers in Spain driver don’t even bother to try to deliver what a lier took my parcel to a pick up point miles away from us when I brought items from Temu I thought I got delivery to our house apparently not with mrw the driver lies and said the usual tried to deliver lol shocking service and and embarrassment to the courier service 6 different parcels from Temu all ended up at a pick up point how these shopping platforms ,all use these so called couriers incompetent idiots.

WARNING!! MRW is the very worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I never received my delivery, it took me two days to get through to the telephone number on the SMS notification. When I did get through, the guy on the phone blatantly lied to me, saying the courier had called me, which was not true, as my phone had no record of any calls. He said the delivery would come after the weekend, but I found out that the package had already been returned to the vendor. If you live in Portugal, avoid, avoid, avoid this useless and unprofessional company.

No delivery. No contact. No updates on website after 10 days of non delivery. No reply to email. No answering of phone calls. Excuse that address incomplete but it is complete, including phone numbers if there really was a problem finding it. Had 100s of deliveries without problem with other companies. Overall NO I would definitely not recommend.
Fantastic service
After reading reviews I was prepared for an awful service so was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call on the day my parcel was due to be delivered asking where my property was. My house is very difficult to find so I said I'd meet the driver, he was very accommodating and waited 10 minutes for me, then carried my parcel to my car as it was very heavy. Fantastic service from start to finish
The messages with the information…
The messages with the information regarding yhe delivery were wrong, out of time, contradictory and unusefull. Just by pure luck I didn´t go pick up the package at the delivery point, as the message told me to. If I did, it would be for nothing, as the package came in the next morning, contrary to every messages I received. Never want to use MRW again.

Used MRW for package delivery (tracking 026801249598) but they delivered my package to "Silvério Ferreira" instead of me (Renan Felix) at a different address. When I contacted them with proof of the error, they simply told me to contact the sender instead of taking responsibility for their delivery mistake. As a courier service, delivering to the correct recipient is their core job - this is a fundamental failure of their primary service. Their response showed lack of accountability for their own operational error. Package delivery is what customers pay MRW for, and they failed to deliver to the right person while refusing to help resolve their mistake. I'm willing to update this review if they properly investigate and resolve the delivery error, but currently cannot recommend their services due to poor execution and customer service.
THEY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE
MRW is definitely the WORST delivery company operating in Portugal and should be BANNED from doing so!!! The delivery people are the most unprofessional you can find, and working with them is not for them. They ring the doorbell and if you don't answer within 30 seconds, when you go to open the door there is no one there. The tracking information is not updated, and we don't know for days if there will be a new delivery, when it will be, or if the package has been left at a collection point. MRW's national telephone line is a joke, and when you access the option to speak to an attendant, after ten minutes the call hangs up. The line of the agency responsible for the delivery is also a joke, with a "your call is in the queue" for minutes on end.
A company that is guided by mediocrity at all levels, that hires unprofessional delivery people in the name of maximum profit, that has a customer service line that only serves to waste time and defraud the customer. In short... disgusting!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
