I returned an UNOPENED dog bed. I provided the company with tracking information. The package was received in April 2026. It is now June 2026 and I have not received a refund. I have been emailed them the entire time and they cannot even provide a date in which I can expect a refund. I do not recommend purchasing from this site!

Give your dog the 5 star treatment every day with the latest Fluffy blanket. I bought the largest size ( even though my dog is a tiny Italian Greyhound ) to put on my bed, and she loves snuggling into it, even though the weather is warming up. The blanket is so light and airy that she never gets too hot, nor do I sleeping next to her. All the MrFluffyFriend products wash like a dream and are dry as soon as you need them. I wish you made blankets to fit human beds, they feel like silk and you can't resist stroking them as well as your dog underneath them.

The minute I took the calming furniture cover out of its wrapping and gave it a shake our elderly Gussie came and went to sleep on it. And it was lying on the floor not her favorite couch. She spends a lot of time sleeping on that wonderful fluffy cover. It is the best.

Turtle scam, the bed is thin, very difficult to try to return. Would not recommend.

Wrong color sent! Ordered grey— received dark brown. Why were 4 lumpy/irregular various size inserts sent with NO instructions! Very disappointed!

Ordered a large dog bed but what arrived was a vacuum packed pile of junk. I don't normally leave poor reviews but WOW this product is useless
Having read your response to my review I ask that you don't send me a video as this item is now where it belongs to be....in the dustbin awaiting collection. I foolishly parted with money without reviewing your company first. The fact that you're reviews on trustpilot show more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews says it all. Spend your money elsewhere people unless you're happy with disappointment

The donut is so soft. And the middle is large enough for both of my boys to fit in. My Wilson would rather sleep in the donut than with me and Winston in bed. This is great for me so I don't have to sleep on the edge of the bed when both boys sleep with me.😊
BTW....they are chihuahuas.🐶

The only thing I regret is not getting a bigger size. I got it foe Bella, my 11 year old Chiweenie. I have 2 dogs Bella and Ginger who is a small Chihuahua. (The baby of the family 1 year) they both love it. It fits Ginger quite nicely but poor Bella is just a little to big. They both love it. It gets hot on Texad. This helps my furbabies stay cool. If I could attach a picture you would see how happy she is. Nit huffing and puffing from heat but quietly resting on her cooling pad.

Do not buy from this company. They are a bunch of scammers. I received the package for an extra large bed. It can't even fit a mouse in it seriously !!charge me $36 for this piece of shit. Do not buy from this company liars and scammers.

While I had a defective product, the customer service after my complaint was amazing, including an email from the CEO & founder

At the end of the day, I was immensely impressed with the duty of care for their clients and equally important, the quality of products for the end users (our beloved pets)

The marketing hype around the dog beds led us, foolishly, to place an order under the misapprehension that, as a company with warehouses across Europe and the United States, their products would comply, in our case, with European safety and consumer laws, thus perfectly safe for use in the home, as well as for dogs and any children - they are neither.

The bed we purchased had a strong, obnoxious chemical smell, and its composition lacks legitimate fire-safety certification.

Therefore, we couldn’t, in good conscience, even consider recycling the bed, using the Pets at Home donation bin, and risk subjecting any dog to the bed’s vile chemicals. So straight into our refuse bin for landfill it went.

Thankfully, we decided to buy the smallest and cheapest dog bed to test on our West Highland Terrier and hadn't invested in a far more expensive bed for our Golden Retriever.

We ought to have stuck with a UK brand as usual, such as the Red Dog Company, George Barclay or even Pets at Home, but like so many people right now, we were looking to save some money.

We also feel like bigger idiots for missing a huge red flag literally sitting in plain view on their website, stating:

‘Please note: Due to high demand, we are almost out of stock.’

An epitaph which we only noticed when we were looking to initiate a refund request, and one that should have anyone seeing it running for the hills!

Please do not follow our lead, albeit through forgetfulness, and always check Trustpilot before parting with your money, and, where possible, use a credit card, not a debit card, as it is far easier and straightforward to have it reversed, once one has proven the company failed to respond to our return requests and therefore its own policy, even those written on rice paper.

MrFluffy Friend is a terrific idea. It's so soft and luxurious that my little chihuhua couldn't wait to try it out upon arrival. As she started shaking when a storm rolled in, I placed her her MrFluffy Friend. Within minutes, she was calm, relaxed, and asleep. My friend wants one for her pitty now.

As soon as I opened the package he was IN IT! He has three beds in different rooms. I thought he'd just have three rooms he could be comfortable in, but NO, he just uses his MrFluffy, except when it's time to go to bed with me. Spoild - Nah.....

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. Not only is it overpriced, the YouTube commercials made this dog sofa look super supportive and plump...The one that I received is mediocre . It's limp and seems like it's missing some stuffing. The pillow is almost flat..

Update... to their credit, Mr Fluffy friend reached out to me about the dog sofa. When I bought it, I was not aware of the videos providing instructions to temporarily remove the stuffing after first unpacking it. I followed the instructions and it did help quite a bit. The dog sofa now is fluffier and more supportive. Thanks.

I love the quality and design of the bed. However, according to the measurements of my dog, it didn't align with the size guide. I need a larger size, so I'd suggest going up a size when ordering.

We ordered the Orthopedic Pillow for out dog’s crate so she will feel comfortable as she will be traveling to Europe. This is the second bed we’ve ordered as well as the Ultimate Cooling Mat to place on top of the Orthopedic Pillow. Our dog loves these products and, without hesitation, has accepted them as her own.

Two days ago, someone used my email address for their order from MrFluffyFriendUK, who have now emailed me six times, first about the order and now generic spam.
I have replied to them six times and yet they ignore every attempt at contact.

They provide no alternative contact details, no phone number, nothing. My Avast anti-virus warns me their site is probably a fake e-store.

This is not a company you want to do business with.

So now a day later MrFluffy have contacted me via this platform to tell me I can contact them via the very email address that I have already replied to SIX times. I've provided the order number and surname for the order. If they read their emails then they'd already know all about this, but plainly their customer service is putting out the spot fires on public review sites, not actually responding to emails.

First, I commend this company for their commitment to customer service. Originally ordered a pet bed, and was disappointed in their product. They reached outand replaced the product quickly.

Bed looked much more robust in pictures not so it offers little support.

I have read many of the reviews and I can't believe that we received the same product. I love this bed and so does my dog, Beyonce. She's 12 years old and can't jump up on her comfortable purple couch anymore, so when I saw this bed, I thought it mirrored the chair almost exactly, so I bought it. And the rest is history. In the beginning, I put Beyoncé's sleeping pad on top of it to make her feel safe… And then after a week, she pushed the pad aside. She absolutely loves this bed! Thank you, my fluffy friend.
