Things made right
I had a not so good experience in December 2025 concerning the shipping of the dog bed. About 3 weeks ago, Bob Schneider, CEO & Co-founder reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate the effort and commend him for doing the right thing and making me, and my dogs, satisfied customers. The dogs love the bed and seem very comfortable sleeping in it.

Good company, nice bed, crazy dog
Experience with the company has been great. Sadly so far my dog will not use this bed on his own at all. If I put it on my lap he’ll sit in it. Aside from that he ignores it completely…..well except yesterday when my perfectly housebroken boy peed on it. Bed was easy to remove fillers and wash, this was nice. I purchased with the hope of easing his separation anxiety, so far no help in this area. The non-slip surface on bottom isn’t very non-slip, in our case that doesn’t matter.

Best pillow bed ever!
My furbaby loves sleeping in the big bed pillow. He sleeps in it all of the time. He definitely thinks it is soothing and comfortable.

Definitely fluffy material
Definitely fluffy material - boy, but how stiff the bottom of the beds are with the it feels overstuffed pad for the bottom of the bed. None of my 5 cats have used the beds yet, they will eventually I hope.

After a bad experience with this…
After a bad experience with this company and a review showing as such, I was surprised to receive an email probably 6 months after the fact. The email stated they were trying to make things right, so they offered me a replacement bed on the condition that I remove the review. A bit leary, but did as they requested. I stated the original bed was way to small and would like for it to be upgraded a couple of sizes, to which they agreed. The bed arrived in less than a week and is much better size wise, though still a bit confused on how they determine sizes, but thats another issue, just order bigger to be safe. I will state that the company held true to their promise and I am not nearly as disappointed. I appreciate their efforts to correct the problem and will probably order from them again in the future. I am giving 4stars for what they did to repair the situation

Please note that our beds are vacuum packed for shipping efficiency, so it’s completely normal that they initially appear compressed or bulkier in shape when first unpacked. They do need some time to fully expand, and gently shaking and fluffing the bed helps redistribute the filling evenly. These instructions are also included in the packaging guide.
That said, we can see that one of our customer service representatives is already looking into your case and will continue assisting you via email to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Mr Fluffy friend are wonderful to work with!My niece has 2 rescue dogs that she was bringing back to Pittsburgh. They were 7000 miles away on Je-ju island South Korea. We had ordered 2 beds for them to make feel as comfortable as possible. The 2 beds were smaller than we wanted,so I contacted Marnie at Mr. Fluffy Friend. We ended up sending the 2 beds back, and exchanging them for 2 larger beds. EVERY step from our 1st e-mail, Marnie ALWAYS answered every e-mail and followed through with everything that was promised me. The 2 dogs are here,and very happy on their beds! I would highly recommend purchasing their products!

As a general note, our beds are vacuum-packed for efficient shipping, so it's normal for them to appear flat or misshapen at first. They typically require some time to fully expand, along with proper fluffing, to reach their intended shape and comfort.

My dog loves his bed and so do I
My dog loves his bed and so do I. By far the best bed he’s ever had. At £90 it’s expensive for a dog bed but seeing him in it, I would pay more. It comes vacuum wrapped so when I first took it out, I wasn’t sure. It took a few hours to settle itself fully and the result is a very comfy bed, with what I can only describe as a dog mattress in the round part. My dog is snoring away in it at present. I’m not sure how to add photos to the review but would do if I could.

I received this bed and within three days there was already two tears in the material. The material is not very sturdy at all not happy with this product one bit.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. The product is ok. It is understuffed. I gave a bad review. They reached out and sent me a new bed free of charge. The second bed is exactly like the first one understuffed. You have a good product. Listen to your customers. YOU NEED MORE FOAM IN THIS BED!!!!

Beware of trying to return product
I decided I didn't want the MrFluffyFriend bed that I purchased on 05/14/26. I never even opened the package. I emailed MrFluffyFriend with the question how to return for a refund. It took DAILY requests and after the 4th or 5th request I got the return form. I returned the package (again - unopened) on 06/03/26 and confirmation of delivery by UPS on 06/08/26. Now MrFluffyFriend said they never received it so I will not get my refund!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This company is not buyer friendly.
