Bought this vehicle MD10 XCA from Percy…
Bought this vehicle MD10 XCA from Percy motors Birmingham ltd.
They appeared to be very nice until I got almost home from collecting the car when I had big problems.
I made it home to a garage that I use.
This vehicle should not had left the forecourt. The clutch had gone and the Tyres were illegal. So I refused to drive it back to them. Then I had big problems further as they changed from being nice selling the car then short changed me my refund..

Bought a Ford Focus only 8 weeks ago and i am already without a car again the car started overheating on the way home I fixed the issue myself a day later after being ignored by True value cars 8 weeks later the engine has completely gone due to coolent problems which has caused the engine to seize I asked for a refund of the £1800 that I paid but was turned away after they said they knew nothing about it.

Issue: As a result of the dealer's actions, I have been left with a debt of £8,320 and have a verified NFRC Crime Reference Number associated with the transaction.
Official Status: This matter, including the management's conduct, is under official investigation by the Insolvency Service (Official Receiver, Ref: PV/7015/2025). I have also lodged a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Terrible company, was a dealer on here with no complaints at all. Was shut down for absolute no reason. Terrible customer service, no one buy a car from this website, or any of there partnered websites. They do not take care of their dealers, nor their customers.

Trustworthy & helpful
Fantastic garage. Richard really helped me out this summer when I had problems with my car, even when another garage had done the work due to where I broke down. Took the time to explain things to me & to advise. Subsequently replaced a couple of tires at a very reasonable price. As a woman who knows little about cars I really appreciated the care & patience. Very trustworthy & won't go anywhere else.

Motor Factory Leicester. Promised on more than one occasion by Ryan the salesman to get back to me and didn't. 2 test drives arranged and cancelled both. Advertised the vehicle as 1 previous owner, but in fact there were 4. Lies, abysmal customer service and a constant excuse of staff sickness.. Shocking!!! Would not recommend!!!
