Happy about services and help ,i will recomand!

I found a quote via Confused.com where the monthly and annual prices were exactly the same. However, as soon as I clicked through to the Motorcade website to purchase and hit "proceed," the price immediately increased by £500 stating that "something has changed."

I hadn't changed a single detail on the form. When I contacted their support, they were absolutely no help. They claimed that a 15% interest rate applies to monthly payments, despite the original quote clearly showing the prices were the same. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch. Avoid this company if you want transparent pricing.

This is by far the worst car insurance company out there I recently left go skippy as I had already used my 3 vehicle swaps for the year I went with motorcade and it’s been the biggest regret I’ve got the level of service is appalling the time they take to do anything is a joke claims department will try have a massive attitude until you want to make a complaint then the professionalism kicks in at that point go with literally anyone else

Worst insurance. Be careful everyone. I am trying to cancel my insurance because I sold my car.

It is a nightmare to get in touch with them.
No response no matter what you do. Follow all the online forms, useless.
Next time even if they give me cash to get them insure I would prefer to take a bus.

After twice contacting motorcade for proof of my NCD to give to my new car insurer, i have been ignored and not recieved the much needed document. I have detailed how my new insurer have sent me a notice of cancellation on 01/02/2026 however, i have still been ignored and left with anxiety.

I have never experienced this before from any other car insurance provider, so please be warned, i would not recommend Motorcade insurance to anyone after my poor treatment by them!

Very non professional company, Ive submitted cancellation form and its been 15 days still no response from them, also there is no any other way to complain or to contact them for cancellation
