If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to cancel my insurance for over a week. I've only been with these for 3 weeks. I have made multiple attempts to contact them. The live chat doesn't work. No one is picking up any emails. I am recieving the same email over and over again telling me to fill in the cancellation form I have already filled in twice!! Now they're threatening to cancel my policy! They were quick enough to take almost £600 deposit, but don't want to cancel the policy! They stated in the email that the cancellation will be done from the date they receive the form! Its all a scam! Terrible company. DO NOT USE!!! I am in the process of making a complaint.

Very nice and patiently support by one of the team members called Francois, I spoke with him and he listened to me so patiently, He fond that my English speaking is good but no like native people so answered me slowly in understandable accent with patience and finished conversation after making sure my request was done . 🙏

Brilliant customer service by Keira, I was initially distressed because I was trying to make a change on my policy online but was really struggling, spoke to Kiera via webchat who then agreed to call me and update my changes over the phone, I was hesitant at first as I have been messed around before but she did infact ring me back as promised and delivered amazing customer service and was sure to explain everything to me clearlyand proffesionaly. Very happy, would definitely recommend

Can’t remember the customer service agent’s name as I’m lying in bed fully loaded with the code however he was from Liverpool. He had a surprise holiday gift in pain from his girlfriend and he went to Poland with five pairs of gloves but the man was fantastic extremely thorough When entered detail of how insurance works premium annually monthly all of this I was aware of before he explained, however it was nice to actually speak to someone who went into every detail so that you know where you were under the steps, et cetera as I had no claims on my insurance it was wavered that was standing balance as a goodwill gesture and it wasn’t just putting me on hold or Long silences between counselling the policy to informing me of how it works during this time he informed me about how working in California as a football coach going into detail about coming up to Scotland not to visit me of course but to travel I’m a very lonely man and it was very nice that he didn’t rush me off the Phone And I had a chat with a human being for the first time in a bit a week so to the liverpoolien thank you for your chat and for being kind 10 out of 10 for customer service politeness and kindness simple reason I’m leaving with kid is because I found the same level of cover for £600 cheaper a year it’s the only reason but cheers mate for that chat I feel better now just for speaking to you so thank you. Have a lovely Christmas mate.
