No reply after several months

I contacted SBE via regular mail last november. As per SFR protocol for iPhone 13 repair still under warranty in the 2nd year after purchase, I asked SBE for their approval for repair. As required I attached the original bill to prove the time of purchase, and that the phone was still under warranty. I also attached the written evaluation from Apple, that the fault is not because of user error. SBE received the letter on the 20/11/2023 (tracking:1A20808200532). Since then no reply. I tried to contact them via their online form twice (last time on the 15/01/2024), no reply whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

Payment done, no repair, no forecast

I had a OPPO Find X2 Pro in repair 2 years ago, this went all well and I would have given a 5* rating. However, since the screen cracked again, this time Mon SAV Mobile provided a cost estimate and one day after I payed the repair they informed me that they do not have replacement parts on stock. It is now 6 weeks ago, they do not provide any update nor response to my inquiries. I wrote a registered letter asking for refund and return of the device, no response even no forecast or information if the replacement parts will be available one day. I cannot afford to wait indefinitely for a repair. Mon SAV Mobile need to dramatically improve their customer service specifically communication and responsiveness. Until this happens, they are not trustworthy for me.

Update to the response of Mon SAV Mobile, 29th November 2023:
Sorry but the storm is no excuse as it happened 4 weeks later. It is no excuse neither to not respond to my letter. If there are no spare parts available then just admit it, refund me and send my mobile back - no issue. If there is a forecast when the spare parts will be available, fine - let me know. Just no communication at all is not acceptable. We are living in a world where a mobile phone is an essential part of our lives. I bought a new phone in the meantime, I cannot afford to have none. Sorry to say but you make your lives too easy and need seriously think about customer relationship and customer communication.

Very bad service

Very bad service, the technician can't make a proper diagnostic and if you make too many question the support just doesn't care to answer the emails.
