No reply after several months
I contacted SBE via regular mail last november. As per SFR protocol for iPhone 13 repair still under warranty in the 2nd year after purchase, I asked SBE for their approval for repair. As required I attached the original bill to prove the time of purchase, and that the phone was still under warranty. I also attached the written evaluation from Apple, that the fault is not because of user error. SBE received the letter on the 20/11/2023 (tracking:1A20808200532). Since then no reply. I tried to contact them via their online form twice (last time on the 15/01/2024), no reply whatsoever. Terrible customer service.
