Free earbuds not honoured
Free earbuds not honoured. I bought a Motorola Edge deal that was advertised with some free earbuds, waited the required 15 days the claim them only to be told that my purchase was outside of the promotion period even though 2 promotions (one for Motorola Loops and another for Motorola Pro buds) were being advertised when I ordered my phone??! Customer service denied this but they were listed on both Mobiles.co.uk and PhonesLtd.co.uk when I ordered.
Will definitely think twice before using Mobiles.co.uk again even though I've used them half a dozen times over the years.

I didn’t buy anything from the company
I didn’t buy anything from the company. Fraudsters used my details to order devices in their own names. I’ve a crime number with action fraud, RF26080363483C
Have been contacted by Chris, it’s been established that it was a fraudulent transaction. I’ve been informed that it’ll be investigated by the fraud team, that it could take 40 days to complete the investigation. It was a pleasure talking to Chris who offered some sensible advice.
