Before the move Mitch was really helpful in accommodating various proposed move dates. On the day of removals Jeff and Devlin were absolute stars. They were respectful of my property and lived everything with care. The keys for new property were not available until 4.55pm so they did not finish up packing until almost 8pm but they were cheerful and helpful up to the end! Would highly recommend this company

My dad was moving recently and the exchange date moved forward leaving us short notice to move. We managed to book MLW Removals at short notice and they helped secure our date while this was confirmed with the solicitors. The team on the day were excellent, my dad’s house was emptied quickly and efficiently. We then had a very long wait for the keys, the team were very patient and after 5+ hours of waiting the vans were emptied and my dad’s new property began to fill up. Expertise, a willingness to help and team work that made the whole day go to plan.
MLW Removals will be my first call next time.

What can I say. Mitch Geoff and all the team that helped us with the first part of our move, you were amazing. Professional, nothing was too much trouble, kind and a pleasure to have in our home moving all our possessions into storage. Geoff and the team took great care loading Frank. Thankyou to Geoff who went out of his way to bring us the key for the storage unit,in his own time, in the evening.

My move was a complicated 3-parter. It involved taking plants & trees to one address, putting my furniture into storage & then a move up to the NW at a later date.
I was impressed initially by the 'can do' attitude of Mitch & his attention to detail & communication updates. That carried through on moving days to his whole team. Potential problems such as huge bay trees, pots & ferns were whisked into the van a few weeks ago & transported to the NW. Then everything else was speedily & carefully wrapped for storage by 6 careful, efficient & good humoured people on moving day. It's been the least stressful part of moving house!

Mitch and the team at MLW are fabulous . Great communication ,super organised and nothing too much trouble . Ours was a big move but team packed over the two days and really took all the worry off my shoulders . So friendly and helpful . Also paid for the cleaning service which I also highly recommend- the house was spotless for its new owners and took away the stress .

We all know how stressful a move can be and considering that my wife and I are retired and packed up the house contents ourselves, we needed assurance that the actual move would be handled well. Getting Mitch on board was the best thing we did as his team of lads (Ashton, Ali, Geoff, Delvin and Alan) were the hardest working, kind and considerate people you're likely to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went like clockwork, even when faced with an issue at our final destination. These lads are more than just grafters ...... they are a pleasure to be around. Thank you all for making a difficult day a success. Highly recommended.

Our experience of MLW removals has been nothing but superb. From the initial visit from Mitch working with us to make a plan for removal day, to the day before having the team come and pack for us and finally the moving day. They were excellent. Delvin, Geoff, Alan and Ali were so friendly so professional made the day very easy. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Very Friendly and professional service from the 3 guys who helped us move.
They also were more than happy to help collect some items from another address to save us grabbing them ourselves which saved us a lot of time.

Great team. Lovely guys. Most helpful as we had to move the majority into store and bring it out in 3 separate loads. They were happy to be quite selective in filling the first van with specific things even when items were tucked away. Couldn’t ask for better service. You wouldn’t get this from any of the big companies. Don’t hesitate to use them.

We have been extremely impressed by the absolutely outstanding service this company delivers. Mitch booked us in and gave us a reassuring call before hand, turned up on time. We recently used MLW removals for to move house. I can honestly say they made the whole process so smooth and stress free that I cannot thank them enough.
From the first phone call interactions with Mitch, to a property visit for a quote, delivering of heavy duty packing materials, and then the big moving day, the whole process was very smooth, with Mitch’s trademark calm reassurance throughout the duration.
On the day, the two removal guys, Ali and Floyd were total machines, stripping our house clean in a little over and hour and a half, and delivering the contents to our new property with no problems at all.
The crew displayed an excellent blend of great customer service and professionalism, with just the right level of calm banter to reassure us that we were in great hands.
I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who moving and are a little nervous about the process. You will be in great hands with this team.
