My second move using MLW Removals, good price, great service during move, I highly recommend these guys

From my initial enquiry until the last thing came of the van I was treated by Mitch and his team to a first class service. Excellent communication throughout. Loved the can do attitude on the day, nothing was to much trouble and my move was stress free. The lads wouldn't leave until they had confirmed that I was 100% happy with how things had been left. I can't thank the lads enough for looking after me.

I've used MLW removals for 2 moves over the last 3 years. They are very reasonably priced and very professional. They turn up on time and do a great job. They go the extra mile. This time Ali and Ashton moved us in a record time from Portishead to Uphill. They were both really nice guys and if we move again I'll use MLW again. I've discovered they also have a gardening business so also plan on using them in the spring to help with the garden

Excellent communication from Mitch in the run up to the move, his relaxed attitude was really reassuring for me. Ashton & Delvin moved us, arrived bang on time. Really friendly, professional, kind & very chilled out, which again I found very reassuring & kept me at ease too. I would have no hesitation in recommending MLW to anyone, they're worth every penny you pay.

Mitch Ali Ashton and Delvin went above and beyond and then some moving us from two properties into one. We were totally unprepared and they found a solution for us with ease. It was a difficult move with many stairs and MANY boxes. Yet they were gentlemen through and through. We recommend these lovely guys wholeheartedly and wish to thank them for everything they did for us. Please dont look no further. This is the company to use. Ali and his colleague (sorry I've forgotten his name) did a fantastic job moving my elderly mother, nothing was too much effort, even down to popping to Proper Job to get a water pipe cap too prevent a leak. Mitch was always available in the background and kept in touch.
Top quality family run company and excellent value for money, well worth making use of them in the future!! Thank you all for everything!!

Great lads who made the experience stress free and fun, they were always willing to help regardless of the issue. I can't recommend them highly enough.

MLW Removals took incompetence to a new level. !!!, My very heavy item was not strapped down at all , and fell over whilst they were driving and caused damage to another expensive item. There are other negative points that I was not happy with. If there is anything that your not happy with and wish to complain, be aware that they will make out that their hard done by and will blame YOU, the customer !!! Would I use MLW Removals again ?, NO, DEFINITELY NOT.

Mitch and Tom were on time, friendly, very professional and listened to my concerns. They loaded the van with seemingly no effort, even with the really heavy items!!
They put protective covers on my floors and were super careful with all my belongings.

MLW pulled out all the stops to help us. Boss was on holiday but the team stepped up endured the M25 to ensure timely delivery up 2 floors for my 86 year old mum. Thank you to the guys, Mitch, Jason and Ali for their professional, good natured hard work. Very impressed with the whole process from quote to delivery. Can't recommend them highly enough.

First time for us using a removal company and this time around it was a big move from Somerset to Scotland nearly 500 miles. Very glad we chose MLW, Mitch and his team were fab, they all work together as a great team and take pride in what they do. A much better option than choosing bigger removal companies.
