I am highly impressed with Mira Showers. Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I was able to get an engineer booked within just a couple of days, and they kept me well-informed of the arrival time throughout the process.When the engineer arrived, they fixed the issue within minutes! They were very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Danny from Wakefield provided an excellent service. He arrived as scheduled and recognised the fault with the shower cartridge. This was replaced and he explained how to adjust the cartridge for optimum temperature setting. Highly recommended

Friendly & Helpful Service
Fault developed on power shower part, which was a few days out of warranty. Friendly and helpful call handler provided the spare part free of charg despite this.

Super service
Super service! I'd booked the 27th by accident and was hoping for the 20th. I spoke to a kind lady and found out my mistake. I laughed and said that at least I wouldn't be waiting for an engineer all day tomorrow. 5 minutes later the lady phoned and said that an engineer was in my area, could they come now! How thrilled was I. Philip did a super job! Thank you all so much!

The engineer Peter arrived on time and…was professional, knowledgeable and helpful
The engineer Peter arrived on time and replaced the new on off switch. I found Peter very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to add that I have spoken on the telephone to two ladies from the Mira call centre who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
