Faulty shower.
The fault was reported on the Thursday and was dealt with very efficiently by a very nice chap. The engineer arrived promptly the next day. The job was done and was left clean and tidy. Thankyou Phil.

Hassle free way to get new shower fitted
I needed a new shower and found it very easy to book a replacement and installation appointment on their website. Paul A came to fit the shower and did a very professional job. First class service from start to finish so would highly recommend.

Engineer Brian kept me up to date with arrival time.
Shower unit checked, part replaced , shower tested and appeared fully operational.
Engineer was respectful of property both inside and outside.

Excellent service by Philip the engineer, he kept us informed prior to his visit and was extremely professional once on site. He swapped the face panel of our new shower and explained that it must be a manufacturer’s fault.

Broken digital shower
Broken digital shower. Offered a next day engineers visit. Brian , the engineer called me that day to find out more info and again a hour before to give me notice swapped the shower for a new one the same day. Also played with my very needy dog while the controller charged up so me and the dog are very happy with the service.

I had a problem with my mira mini lux…
I had a problem with my mira mini lux shower control , called customer service who were extremely helpful and arranged an appointment for an engineer.
Adrian the engineer turned up on time and was very polite and helpful explained what the problem was the carried out the repair quickly now my shower is now working perfect again.
I’m extremely impressed and thankful for the superb customer service, especially getting straight through on the phone talking to a human not a chat bot for hours.
Then the fantastic service from Adrian the Enginer .
Thank you Mira I would never use another company after this excellent experience.

Shower repair - excellent customer service
Philip came to repair our shower. He was extremely thorough and explained what the problem was and how it needed to be remedied. Philip was very respectful of our home and left our bathroom clean and tidy.

Dale arrived promptly at 9am and soon…
Dale arrived promptly at 9am and soon estsblished the issue with my elderly parents shower and that it needed replacing. Due to the vunerability of my parents he decided to replace the shower immediatly rather than have them wait for the insurance company to provide vouchers and have to wait for installation. All completed within an hour could not be happiee with Dale and his work very helpful explained everything fully and left my parents with a brand new fully functioning shower what more could we ask for..fantastic service from start to finish
