The engineer Peter arrived on time and…was professional, knowledgeable and helpful
The engineer Peter arrived on time and replaced the new on off switch. I found Peter very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to add that I have spoken on the telephone to two ladies from the Mira call centre who were very knowledgeable and helpful.

A fantastic experience with Dale from Mira, who was really warm and understanding about our concerns for our shower unit and was really transparent with what he was replacing. As an added bonus, he did the job expertly and quickly, while providing some of the best customer experience I've ever received. Genuinely faultless.

Great quick fix!
When I rung and explained the situation your help desk dealt with things very efficiently and gave me a date the engineer to visit.
James Young advised that he was on his way which was very helpful. He resolved the problem, explaining how he dealt with it and advised some useful information for managing the shower in very hot weather. Top Man!

When Kyle the engineer came I was about…
When Kyle the engineer came I was about to cancel as I'd only got the notification the evening before of my time slot and my son was on nights. But Kyle came in, asked about tge problem and said he wouldn't make any noise, but he was sure he new what the problem was and could fix it in minutes, which he did. Very pleased.

Efficient Shower Repair
Really helpful and friendly customer service on the phone (setting up the repair - Tatsy) and in person (during the repair - Danny from Wakefield). Repair was completely quickly. Was able to come a day early to complete the repair.

Excellent service from Mira engineer Danny
Very pleased with the service from Mira. The appointment was well organised and I received clear updates about when the engineer would arrive.
Danny, the Mira service engineer who attended, was excellent. He arrived within the arranged time, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the fault with our Mira electric shower, explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done, and carried out the repair efficiently.
He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and left the area clean and tidy. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Mira and, in particular, Danny for his professionalism and excellent workmanship.

I explained to Courtney what has been happening with the shower and listening to me, he explained what the cause could be.
He then carried out a thorough examination of the shower, did tests and said he is going to change the vaulve, which he did. He carried out tests again and he also changed the hose and shower head.
I am pleased with the work done and the information he gave me.
Thank you Courtney for your patience, when the bathroom needed to be used by my elderly mother, my mother thanks you also.

Fast resolution & great customer service
Danny from Wakefield was lovely and fixed the problem with our shower very quickly. He took plenty of time to explain what the problem was and highlighted other issues relating the placement of valves close to our shower. He was extremely patient with my 3 year old little boy who was asking him lots of questions about what he way doing and why. Overall a very quick resolution and fantastic customer service.

Great customer service and easy fix
Our Mira shower stopped working and was within its warranty. But we couldn't find the receipt.
Luckily, we have them all of the shower details and they were able to track it down with no receipt.
They sent an engineer out to look at it and he fixed it straight away.
Only took about 40 mins and was completely hassle free. Big thanks to Steve R.
