I bought a Milandirect electric pasta…

I bought a Milandirect electric pasta machine which I used once and the plastic blade broke. I followed the recipe suggested for the machine.
A heap of rubbish.
When I bought it; the following week they reduced the cost by half.
I would not buy anything on this site again.

DO NOT BUY HERE

DO NOT BUY HERE. This website delivered a bed that was faulty and missing parts. I took photos of all the parts to showcase what was missing. I also took out product protection insurance, and still,l they are not giving a refund or taking the bed away, Temple and Webster are charlatans, grossly misleading and completely fraudulent. DO NOT BUY HERE. YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED.

Order made was never filled properly

Order made was never filled properly, items displayed as in stock were not, only received half of what I ordered. Gave me a "voucher" to use in store. On opening the shoe rack - half of the components needed to construct it are missing and unable to be completed. Of everything I ordered, I had no trouble with only one item. I've ordered a fair bit of stuff online from different companies and they were the worst.

Quality Office Chairs

Received our 10 soft pad office chairs at our office within 5 days of placing order on the Temple Webster site. Very nice designs and team are all happy with their new chairs. Good service, furniture & value for money.

Love our new sofa bed :)

We purchased a Milan Direct sofa bed on the Temple webster store. I originally called up the Temple webster team to ask for advice on which sofa bed to purchase and the lady was very helpful.

Sofa bed just arrived, and it is exactly as shown on the website & very comfy indeed :) will be back

Absolutely hopeless!

I placed an order in November, goods arrived in December, and i notified them straight away i wanted to return them as one item was 2nd hand and the others were not good quality. It took a few emails and about a month to get a response from Milan Direct. They finally agreed to return the goods. I took a day off work to wait for courier to pick up who didn't show. Over a wk later the goods have still not been picked up and my refund is refused. MD has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Practically Zero Communication

I saw a nice glass side table for my couch, and the price was good. I ordered it thinking they would contact me if there were any issues with stock and/or delivery. Nope! They took my money and told me nothing.

Months in, I decide to check. They told me that I should look at the product page on their site to check stock and delivery date. What??? Why would that be on a product page on a website? Shouldn't the sale and shipping departments know this sort of stuff?

Months more go by, they are being delivered to my place and fail without any indication or notification. I don't even get a notice at my place that any of this happened. The only reason I found out was because I contacted them again and they gave me a tracking number which I used to find out it was at an Aus Post facility waiting for me to come pick it up for almost two weeks.

I just took the heavy box home myself via bus and train. I have yet to open it and see if everything is in the box and if there's any missing or damaged pieces. I'm not holding my breath.

Delivery

I had alot of issues with delivery. First, I attempted to re-direct the items and first customer service lady told me that it was all sorted. However, on the day of delivery, the delivery man still went to the old address. When I called and asked, they said it was not possible. So then I had arranged for someone to wait at the address for the delivery on an arranged date. On the supposedly arranged date of delivery, I called to track down the items. But they could not tell me when the delivery would be. They said they could not track it down at all, except that it has been checked out! They also said that it could be that day or possibly the next 2 days!! For the minimal savings, the inconvenience caused and the time off work to arrange things was not worthwhile.

Extremely bad customer service!!!

I placed an order mid-November for a glass shelf & computer desk. I didn't actually need the computer desk just yet but because they had a free shipping promo for orders $150 & above, I thought it might be good to buy it now (and instead of buying it from their competitor who sells it cheaper) so I could save on shipping fees. On the website, it says that the computer desk will be dispatched in 1-2 business days while the glass shelf will ship out in 7 business days. True enough, the computer desk has been delivered quickly. Unfortunately, it is just sitting in my garage as I don't nwed it just yet. What I was looking forward to is the glass shelf. A month of waiting have passed & I have not heard from them. After several attempts to call (no answer) & email, I got a response saying they are sorry for the delay in response & that the product is no longer available! Really?! It took them a month to figure out the availability of the product & they are effortlessly only offering a refund for the glass shelf? I even purchased freight protection for it as I was worried that it might get damaged while in transit. Had it only been the computer desk, I would not bother about freight protection as it is made of wood. After another month now, I have not yet received any response from Milan Direct, now Temple & Webster. They seem not to care about their customers after taking their money! This is terrible customer service! I am giving them another day. If I don't get a response, I am reporting them to the Consumer & Business Services. I also will make noise in social media to make everyone aware that their customer service is appalling!!!

Despicable company and garbage products.

I ordered 3 Office chairs, one of which was a $360 Roosevelt executive chair, it is precisely 3 months old and the arm-rests are indeed splitting and cracking, it looks horrible.

I'm appalled that they can get away with selling garbage at premium prices with absolutely no accountability. They didn't even publish any of my reviews that I submitted when I first bought the chairs, the weasels.

Easy purchase but low qua;ity goods

I purchased 4 kitchen stools and within 4 weeks the bases started pitting and rusting. Very unhappy with the fact that they started to deteriorate so quickly, wasted money as I had to purchase others from elsewhere!!

Poor quality product ( bedsides) and items on website that you can order and pay for but they are not available. I'm over it. Once the lamps are delivered ( ordered in October I will no longer purchase from Milan Direct.

Milan Direct were great but the del …

Milan Direct were great but the delivery service - Allied Express - were very difficult to deal with. They didn't seem to know what was going on and their tracking system was inaccurate (they showed my status as card left when no one had been and delivered when it hadn't been). They didn't respond to online inquiries and left me on hold for ages the three times I called. When the product finally arrived it was great quality, but hard to get in to as it was packaged in a box inside a nailed together wooden frame. I will continue to shop with Temple and Webster, but will double check who they deliver with first.

6 weeks since order and still no chairs

Very disappointing- I ordered approx 6 weeks ago assuming I was well in time for Xmas.
It's now 23 Dec & still no chairs.
So I've had to but other chairs for Xmas lunch !
Wonder if they will give me my money back ?!?
