Bought a newly new caravan from Golden Castle. The salesmen we dealt with were all super helpful, professional and competent. We had some alterations and additions to personalize the caravan, which cost only the parts fitted. Occasionally there was a delay in speaking to someone on the ‘phone, but that’s because they are always busy. The best deals always come from the businesses who are busiest, so that’s good. Handover on collection was thorough and informative. We wholeheartedly recommend Golden Castle.

Golden Castle staff have come up trumps again. After 40 years of caravanning we finally decided to purchase our ninth caravan and the GC staff, Alex and Chris were both extremely helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was made easy for us.

We have known many of the staff at GC for many years and all offer an exceptional customer experience in Sales, Service and the Accessory Shop. We can’t recommend GC enough. Whether you are looking to change your caravan or for your first caravan purchase you will find friendly expert advice without any pressure and always feel you have received a good deal. Likewise the Service Dept are very accommodating with friendly staff and a very high level of expertise, servicing and warranty work is always to the highest standard. The Accessory Shop staff are so pleasant to deal with, offer expert advice if needed with competitive pricing. Overall a great Co and team of people, highly recommended.

My wife & I have been planning to purchase a caravan for a number of years as we will be retiring in a another 18 months and we wanted to start touring the UK before heading over to the Continent. This is our first caravan so we were new to the process, we visited Golden Castle Caravans and met with Chris Howell, right from the start we knew this is where we would purchase it from, Chris was very informative and did not pressure us at all, we were left to look around a couple of different tourers and although we had done some research on the model and layout we wanted, it transpired that a slightly smaller caravan would be a better option. On collection, Chris gave us a thorough tour of the caravan showing us the key points and recommending various items to help us with the set up. If you are thinking of purchasing a caravan then look no further, I would certainly recommend Chris and Golden Castle Caravans, you will not be disappointed!!

1st visited Golden Castle back in 2023 when we choose a ex-demo van with Chris selling us it,now we are back again as we decided on a change of layout suited us better.
This time a new caravan which was ordered with Alex at the NEC October show, we collected last week & the service we had was brilliant, Gary showed us around & settled us into the new caravan, the aftercare service is amazing to, nothing is to much trouble.

We purchased our 1st caravan (Bailey Unicorn Valencia) from Golden Castle. From the moment we set foot on site the service was tip top, no pushy sales pitches, made us feel very welcome from the outset.
Gary was amazing throughout the process and showed great knowledge and expertise in every area. When we arrived to collect the van, Gary went through every part of the caravan in detail which was very reassuring as we are caravan novices. Our minds were put at ease and the step by step demo given has now given us the tools to begin our caravanning journey.

Have just collected our 1st caravan, a Basecamp 2, from Golden Castle - and the Team there have been outstanding since we 1st visited back in Oct 25 to 'just have a look'. A really friendly and professional experience throughout; with Gary guiding us on everything that we really needed to know. There was no hard pushy sales approach - just reassuring advice and knowledge. The hand-over we received was outstanding, with Gary walking us through everything we needed to know about the Basecamp, including some excellent advice on towing and getting the Basecamp up onto our drive at home. Just what 2 complete caravan novices needed! Will definitely be using Golden Castle to keep the Basecamp serviced. Many thanks to the Team.

From the moment we stepped into Golden Castle Caravans, until vehicle collection. We had nothing but a real positive experience.
Chris was our sales person who had a fantastic knowledge of the caravan we were interested in buying. The caravan was presented in a very clean condition which show that every vehicle is looked after in the show areas.
Upon collection Chris also made sure car and vehicle were correctly attached and everything was working correctly. (as well as removing an adapter which I thought was the socket to connect to. Saving me embarrassment as I was looking to get the 7 pin connection changed to 13 pin 🤣)
I do have local caravan dealers which I could use, but after this experience, I am inclined to use Golden Castle Caravans for future purchases.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting good knowledgeable service.

Purchased 2025 Coachman Laser xtra 845 from Golden Castle Caravans, collected on 14/12/25. Not used it yet, hopefully February time will be first outing looking forward to it. It has E&P levellers which I have got to get used to. Also had air con and WiFi. We have had awd motor movers fitted before collected. I can honestly say Gary and Alex were amazing no pressure sales. This is a good place to buy a caravan 1st class dealership a++++
