Commentary on the service, not the product. Their shipping and tracking communications are not up to par. Some of their medications require refrigeration, so it’s important to know when they are coming to ensure you’re able to store them properly. I had to proactively inquire about a tracking number and shipping ETA, and was told a tracking number would be sent. I received the tracking number 4 days after the shipment had arrived and been sitting in the Texas sun on my porch - as I was out of town. I reached out to customer service unsure if the product was going to be effective any longer, but was not offered information or remediation / replacement in their response. I like the products they have on offer, but their fulfillment processes need work.

Hello, I am a 69 yr old male in good health, I have been on the meds for 4 months, my weight loss is at 35 pounds, 210 to 175, no side effects to speak of and my local doctor says I am the healthiest patient she has on her practice, my BMI is at 24, happy to shop for new clothing. Great customer service at the beginning online reasonably priced, but I have not lost any weight and I’m on week three I will continue one more week then maybe I need to switch to something else waiting for the answer
