Great service for pick up and drop off. Good vehicle, great experience except for the short bed

Generally favorable experience. Took a long time on hold to their on the road assistance line to report a dashboard warning light. Staff in Queenstown commended with their very quick changeover a water pump at short notice when we dropped in unannounced with this problem. I believe Mighty should have tighter controls about who they release hirer details to as it seems anybody of the street could claim to be issuing a fine or infringement and Mighty would happily release private contact details of their customers.

Easy pick up and drop off routine. In depth videos on how to operate everything. Helpful call people when assistance is needed. A few minor hiccups along the road (as to be expected over a couple of weeks) but all got sorted.

What a great way to see the Northern Territory in a campervan , the van was comfortable easy to drive and good on fuel , and had all we needed , the staff at pick up and drop off are friendly and helpful and the help line if there are any problems on the road was excellent , will definitely use again 😀

Unfortunately, our pick-up experience wasn't the best. After checking in at the counter, we waited close to an hour and a half before being shown to our camper. By that stage, everything felt quite rushed, so we didn't have much time to properly familiarise ourselves with the vehicle before leaving.

We did appreciate being given a complimentary gas bottle refill, which was a nice gesture.

One thing that confused us was the storage situation. We had decided not to hire camp chairs because of both the additional cost and the need to maximise storage space for our snowboards and other gear. However, when we opened the external storage locker, we found six camp chairs already inside, taking up a significant amount of room. We managed to squeeze some of our gear in, but it seemed odd given that when I had enquired about hiring one or two chairs, I was told they would cost $24 per chair. When I called to ask why the camper already had six chairs and whether we could leave them at a branch, I was told they came with the camper regardless. Had our handover not been so rushed, we likely would have noticed this before leaving the depot and been able to remove them.

Aside from these issues, the camper itself was well equipped and had everything else we needed. The additional bedding was also very useful.

The drop-off experience was excellent—fast, efficient, and handled by a friendly staff member who made the process easy. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport on arrival. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and approachable, and made a great first impression.

I made a complaint about the water tank in the camper finished before even 24 hours of taking it without any shower or toilet use just washing cups . When we try to fill up the tank the water hose provides has no adapter to fit and we could not use it . I try to call many times no pick up . When we arrived I made complaint to the officer and he promised someone will give me a call to discuss still nothing happened and no one call me . It’s apear to us you don’t care about customer to enjoy holidays. I had family came from overseas and this had caused lots of discomfort and disappointment.

I spoke with the online chat and emailed the team to make sure I got a good van as I have allergies- very supportive and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful staff. Van was in great condition. Only thing that is annoying is the opening hours are short and their is not after hours drop offs- this would have made it an even better experience as we had flights to try to align with drop off- ended up staying in a hotel overnight. But a great experience overall.

Iveco truck not so comfortable compared to Mercedes truck. Toilet is less then average to use comfortably.Media is not as expected. Over all it’s just Ok.

The staff were great to deal with, the package was great value, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We’ll be using mighty again

Friendly staff and helpful assistance.
Only issues, was no toilet paper or garbage bags were supplied.
And the front passenger seat was broken, which did make for an entertaining trip for my partner. When it started rotating randomly as we turned corners.

What an amazing experience as a 1st time campers. Everyone loved it including kids. Camper van was nice and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Only thing to change is their opening time so we would have hit the road sooner.

Your staff member Maria and Kat from the Darwin branch went above and beyond at our time of booking and afterwards. We felt very cared for.
Unfortunately our vehicle wasn’t right for us and we had to travel back to the branch a week into our trip to have things sorted which weren’t explained to us on pickup.

Staff at pick up were very helpful with the handover process. Had a small issue with the van steps but the mechanics sorted it straight away. Drop off was pretty much the same, no fuss.

I did leave some gear in the van accidentally which they held for me until the next day when I could return to pick it up.

Very simple to deal with the team when making bookings, always someone to answer the phone to answer all my silly little questions. I booked a 6 berth for a family of 4, even though I chose the >5years option it was still clean, functional and reliable. Perfect in winter having the diesel heater set up. Very easy drop off procedure. Even the small things like having a shelf with donated food/cleaning products that you can contribute to at the end of your trip or benefit from at the beginning makes a huge difference. Would definitely use again
