Significant damage done to my property's grass & common area grass shared with neighbours. I had to request Midas to repair damaged soil & grass as they did not even bother doing it, even left garbage at my property. But, even after they "tried" to fix it, they did not even bother planting more grass so now the area is just bare soil without grass and I have my open home for property sale. I now have to urgently pay money to fix up damaged grass. In the quote but not even done by Midas is replacing new door knobs, I had to raise it before they actually did it. Very poor communication by Charlotte & Ivan. They don't even check their own work. Painting was not even done properly & completely, paint stains everywhere on furniture, I had to go back and forth with Ivan & Charlotte numerous times. I also have evidence of garage door lock that I have been charged by Midas, but building inspection report showed garage door cannot be closed or locked. I felt harassed, they caused me significant mental health stress & anxiety due to poor work quality, delays, broken promises, & poor customer service. The quote included repairing chipped off wooden door but they did not do it, I had to raise it.

I already reported them to various government regulators as they repeatedly & continuously harass & threaten me that they will place a caveat onto my property if I don't make around $1k final payment by a certain date (even after I already emailed them that I will make final payment) but this is an unreasonable caveat according to law which I responded that I will not hesitate to sue Midas & Johnnie Viet Anh Le from JLE Lawyers. Ivan from Midas also pressured me via email to remove my negative review. I do not trust Ivan Ching Yin Wong & Charlotte from Midas & Johnnie Viet Anh Le from JLE Lawyers.
