I do not trust Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li
I do not trust Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li and her daughter Meng Qing Xuan anymore. I complained about a rude receptionist (without knowing who it was) then Meng Qing replied my email saying that she wants to investigate. I expressed that I want to fully cooperate but then Dr Carrie behaved very rudely, arrogantly and aggressively towards me (raising her voice, falsely accusing me, pointed her index finger at my face forcefully in close proximity while I was on consultation bed) during consultation which I have already reported to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Fortunately I did not blindly believe the toxic gaslighting Dr Carrie is spinning after her unethical conduct towards me (to cover up herself & shift the blame onto me). Dr Carrie even emailed me to threaten to sue me (after I emailed complaints to the clinic) which I have also reported to AHPRA. I felt bullied by Dr Carrie repeatedly.
After the incident, I cannot afford Dr Carrie with low morals & lack of integrity (from my experience), as my doctor. I visited more than one female TCM doctors only to realize that I have wasted 4 years & over six thousand Australian dollars on Dr Carrie & pills she prescribed.
Looking back at my 4 years experience, I felt happy that I do not trust Dr Carrie's acupuncture anymore because I realised that her acupuncture made me feel a certain way (which was not how I wanted to feel). I also remembered that during one of my earlier consultations, I was surprised that she did not check my tongue (which was a TCM practice from what I researched) which I asked her about it (she then started asking me). During another consultation, Dr Carrie left my mobile phone (which emits radiation) right next to my head after taking photos of my cupping. I only realised it after I woke up.
An old woman (60plus years old) was charged $50 and was merely told to visit Western doctor for high blood pressure & continue eating Western pills. But at the start of consultation, Dr Carrie was already informed that patient is on Western medication.
Each bottle of Black Pearl pills is $5 pricier than other reputable places. Asian grocery products (e.g.Gold Fish brand) are packaged in smaller plastic bags but prices are higher. Raised this to authorities, only now they have supplier's packaging.
