Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass for my 2024 VW.
The website stated this was the correct model for 2019 onwards.
The item was received a week later and was the wrong shape.
I completed their online contact form explaining this and sent photos of both the model I received and the model on my car.
I received a response 2 days later stating I could return the item at my own expense. There was no attempt by their Customer Services to even try and send me the correct part. Nor help me to find the correct part.
I replied back stating that I had already paid postage to have the item sent to me and the fact that due to their error, I should not have to pay for the return postage to Ireland.
I received no response.
That was until today. The same ‘customer service’ agent Jerzy, contacted me and his exact response was;

This was 1 month 4 days after I had emailed them to explain that I didn’t think it was fair that I had to pay for return postage.
I then received a further email today with a screenshot of their website with a new page detailing the wing mirror I required with the date 2021-2025. This item was not on their website when I ordered originally. Instead of trying to resolve this issue and help me, the Customer, they are trying to make out that I am lying/stupid.
I do not recommend this company as their ‘Customer Care’ is dire.
Avoid.

Website very straight forward. Found what i was looking for very quick and for a good price. Very quick delivery also.

In all my years I have never experienced a worse type of service. I ordered an item which got lost in post and was waiting for 3 and half weeks for the issue to be resolved. In mean time could not speak to anyone as it's all automated through email. Finally I got a response after I threatened them with the ombudsman and finally they offered a refund but I really needed the part. So I ordered another of the same part and paid extra for next day delivery with DHL which never happened either. It was 2 days later and then what happened? the 2 parts arrived together. An absolute apawling system and company and will never again deal with them. I have told many people I know who order there to stop. It was a long battle but I won the war as I got refund for second part as well therefore costing me only delivery which wasn't even on time. So cheers for the free part. It was the least I deserved.
