Ordered a lower section mirror casing for Renault traffic sent the wrong part emailed them to notify and got no response

Zero customer service. My order had parts missing. Every email gets bounced back with an AI generated response. The phone number they give does not exist. Absolutely useless. I’ve got something I spent £100 on and can’t use. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered product on Thursday 9th of July and paid €9.99 express same day delivery.
Today is Tuesday 14th of July and I have still not received any update on my order or response from customer service.
I would not recommend this website

I ordered brake discs and pads for micks garage. I put in my reg and they told me these are the parts. They sent me wrong the parts . I emailed and they said iv to pay for the return which I stated it's there fault not my. In another email they said dont trust the site with your car reg.Shocking company.
