My device stopped working after a couple of months. I was advised that in order to receive a replacement without incurring the freight expense of returning the item, I needed to leave a review here.

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my online purchases. Their response is prompt and right away they offered a kind and generous resolution to my concerns. The after sales service is phenomenal. I feel safe and secure with this company and I will continue to buy their products.

I'm so happy with this Michael Todd Beauty device. i've using the same dermaplane device for 5 yrs and it always breaks, but, I just buy a new one because it's cheap.With my new Sonicsmooth Pro+ I won't be wasting money and the product is 100 times more effective. This is the smoothest my facial skin has ever been. It has 3 speeds and easy to change blades. This is definitely a great investment.

I love my Sonicsmooth Pro+, but it quit working after charging it for the third time. Green light would come on, but the head would not light up or vibrate. I reached out to Michael Todd Beauty on late Friday morning and they actually got back to me the following Saturday morning. I was really impressed that they got back to me so quickly and on the weekend.Their Customer Service responding in record time and it truly impressed me!! Thank you Customer Service for your fast response time and willingness to take care of my situation. I look forward to receiving my replacement soon so I can continue to take care of my skin.

I’ve been a lover of Michael Todd sonic clear for years now. I love the option to have a sensitive brush head for my needs. I purchased a second device last year in March and recently had issues with the battery life. The customer service reached out to me promptly to help me with replacing my device through my warranty. They were very helpful.

Several years back I caught a Mother’s Day special ( should have known) 2022? Around there it was a 2 for one or similar I bought like 4 different tools, at first very nice I especially liked the foot exfoliation one. I also had a face shaver; my daughter said hers didn’t work , she didn’t open for a while with a move. Mine charging was a chore, after 5-6 times just stopped period. Don’t know if charger cords or weak motors , very disappointing!

Yikes. Customer service gave me the impression that they have MANY complaints. They jumped to conclusions and were passive aggressive from the get-go.

It appears they do not need repeat business so it is a toss of the coin.

In my case, I did not receive the product. I notified them. They took no responsibility. They kept my money.

I turned 50 and noticed the flaws and wrinkles so i decided to try this face scrubber for exfoliation and deep cleansing and it has been beyond effective! It is unlike any product I’ve ever used and leaves my face feeling clean and exfoliated, leaving my face with a natural glow. It’s easy to hold and fits perfectly in the charger. This is the 1st Michael Todd Beauty tool I’ve purchased, but it definitely won’t be my last!
I had a charging issue with my Soniclear so I submitted a ticket on their website and they promptly replied and resolved my issue.

I contacted Michael Todd Beauty to let them know my Soniclear facial cleansing + exfoliating brush was not charging properly and asked if they could let me know how to get it replaced under warranty. They replied almost instantly with a heartfelt apology and assured me they would take care of everything right away. Their warmth, speed, and genuine commitment to making things right absolutely blew me away — I’m truly thrilled with how incredibly well they treated me!

I was disappointed that my product was defective but the customer service was very responsive and helpful.

Ordered 5th Jan still not got it no matter how many messages I send they just say it’s been shipped at the same time on evri app they say they have it it’s a rubbish company never had a problem with deliveries with anyone else I will be reporting them without a doubt quick at taking your money then don’t care after that

I e-mailed Micheal Todd Beauty that my charger died and to please send me a new once as soon as possible and they got right back to me and said they apologized and would definitely make the situation right. I could not be happier with how wonderful they treated me.

I reached out to Michael Todd Beauty customer service multiple times because my device never worked, even after completing all of the troubleshooting steps outlined on their support portal. Unfortunately, none of the recommended steps resolved the issue.

It did take a few days to receive a response, and I was becoming frustrated during that time. When customer service did get back to me, they provided clear instructions on the next steps and made the replacement process straightforward and easy to follow.

I appreciate their assistance once communication was established and am hopeful to receive a new, fully working replacement device soon.

I was having trouble getting the charger for my Sonicsmooth Pro+ to work within the first year. It had just stopped charging altogether.I was very disappointed as I was very pleased with the Product’s performance. I contacted Michael Todd Beauty and they offered to send me a brand new replacement for the entire set free of charge. Excellent customer service!

My experience with customer service was great! My email regarding my issue was returned promptly . And final email was returned within 24 hours with an excellent resolution. I’m am very happy because I love all the products that I have purchased and will continue to purchase knowing that I will be taken care of if any problems arise in the future.

After spending a lot of money on waxing I decided to purchase the Sonicsmooth Pro+ and was not disappointed. Highly recommend this product to assist with removal of unwanted facial hair. You will not be disappointed!

I own two Michael Todd devices - the dermaplaner and the IPL laser hair remover. When I first saw these products on UTube I wanted them, but I was suspicious. There are so many scams and cheaply made items. I'm delighted to report that I've been extremely happy with both products. They are well made and function exactly as advertised. I love them both! When I had a problem with the laser device I got an immediate response from the company, which fully honored the warranty and promptly sent me the latest version as a replacement. I highly recommend this company!

I was having an issue with a unit I purchased nearly 3 years ago. I contacted customer service via email and they promptly responded and offered 2 options I could choose from to secure a new working unit. Really first class customer service, they clearly want their customers to be happy!

The sonicsmooth pro has been a great addition to my self care routine. My face is smoother and fresher. I love that you can’t do it wrong! I had a little glitch with the product but customer service responded quickly and with great care. I highly recommend this product and the integrity of the company.
