I purchased the Sonicsmooth Pro + to tackle some peach fuzz acquired during menopause. Unfortunately, after two months the appliance would no longer charge. I contacted Michael Todd immediately and they offered to replace the faulty appliance. I found customer support to be very responsive. Likewise, I found the company to be very solution oriented and helpful!

I have purchased Sonicsmooth Pro+ almost 12 month ago now and I can say I have enjoyed the experience from the first moment I used the device!
Being in my late 30s I have developed more 'peach fuzz' which made it hard to apply make-up evenly and have a fresh looking skin all day long.
Sonicsmooth Pro+ has transformed the way my skin feels and looks. Makeup application is easy and smooth and my skin is more vibrant that before!
Unfortunately my device developed a fault, but when I reached out to Michael Todds customer support team I was amazed by the friendly and helpful support I received and I am very grateful about the replacement that will be send out. I am looking firwda ot many more years of using my Sonicsmooth Pro+.

It is 5 STAR rating from me on all levels.

Thank goodness for TrustPilot and you guys for reviewing, thank you, you just saved me from another online shopping disaster! I watched the ad (which came on during a YouTube I was watching. I was intrigued and was mentally debating the price, but went into TrustPilot and I’m glad I did! I’d rather put up with my peach fuzz than be scammed!

I purchased the SonicPro for facial peach fuzz. This device worked great at removing it. It was very easy to use and came with quite a few extra blades. My face feels so smooth after using it. After a year of use, my device stopped charging. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and solve the issue considering it is during the holidays.

I used this, 2 days later I went tanning and then I got chemical like burns. It’s bad.

Do NOT trust this company. They are claiming my package has been delivered but has not. Last tracked in a completely different city about an hour and half away. I reported to them that I didn’t receive it and they are saying I have to file a police report for them to even help me. I have to do that within 3 days of the so called delivery. I’m already almost at three days of dealing with this before they even contacted me. I will be reporting to the police and will stop payment on my credit card. Completely dishonest company.

Very disappointed.... poorly made....most likely under $10... . doesn't work half as good as my wahl did...but the wahl broke . $130 for something that cost no more then 10 to make and you have to keep going over and face 100 times only to remove just a few hairs. You got me for $120...enjoy a dinner on me.

Since menopause I've had light peach fuzz all over my face and have tried laser (got rid of dark hairs only), waxing, depilatories, shaving etc. this device doesn't reduce hair growth, but neatly, easily, painlessly and cleanly removes those fine hairs and exfoliates. It's worth the price. I use it almost once a week.

Never buy a product from these thieves Michael Todd ….They don’t care about you in the least…They take your money and have no number to call …They are complete grifters and thieves ..They need to be turned in to the better biz bureau which I may do …Frauds …Nuff said…California girl here..

The package never arrived and when I explained I have cameras and OnTrac never delivered the said to contact the police.

Very disapointed. The Sonic Smooth Pro +. I have cut myself numerous times, even on lowest setting. Followed directions to a tee and still ended up with nicks and cuts.
They would not allow return because I was 13 days outside of the 30 day window. Now I’m stuck with it

Customer support is very responsive. I appreciate the ease of reaching support with questions that have arisen. I found them to be very solution oriented and helpful!

Won’t keep a charge after a couple months. I contacted customer support and they offered to replace it. This is truly the best facial hair removal system I have used and would like to continue using.

I ordered the NavalFresh Bundle Premium package. I was told it would be delivered to my address within 4 days. They sent me a tracking code that was false. I didn't receive my product in 4 days even though they said that it was shipped. I have tried to contact their service customer contact, but to no avail. I tried calling several numbers that they list for this company, but they are all voice only operators and they have you send an email for an service you need. I got another email telling me that now I should receive my product by Dec 20th, but if it was shipped when they said it was shipped, why is it now changed to a different arrival date??? This company is a scam and uses people to get money from them, but not provide the service they should of provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF. THEY ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE BBB.

I wasted my money so you don’t have to. After being tired of putting horse, chemical hair removers on my face and using tweezers, I decided to try this product. It did not work at all exclamation hair still on my face that I still need to get off With a different product. Left my face, red and dry. Does not get rid of the facial hair! Highly disappointed, don’t waste your money! I worked very hard for my money and I just feel like I threw it out the window to the wind with this horrible product.It does not even deserve one star and as far as the Customer Service is concerned, I don’t need your dermatologist or different blades! Send me a prepaid package so I can return it to you to get my money back The worst facial product I’ve ever bought!

I bought a Soniclear in August and am very happy with the performance and battery life of this device. I had an issue after several months of using this device and Kaylee promptly took care of the issue and I couldn’t be happier!!

The only thing better than the product was the customer service. The MTB customer service team was professional, responsive, and clearly prioritized my satisfaction. I recently purchased the device online, but after using it once, it malfunctioned and wouldn’t charge. I reached out to Michael Todd Beauty’s customer service, and they responded within a day to help me troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t resolve the problem, they offered to send me a replacement device free of charge.

This product has been life changing. How have I gone so long without dermaplaning with this device?! My favorite part is the curved handle. Makes it such a smooth process. 10/10 recommend

I placed a single order with Michael Todd Beauty. Apparently during the checkout process they signed me up for a subscription unknowingly. I received an email about my upcoming subscription order which I immediately tried to cancel. They said I can't cancel but can return it under their return policy which charges for returning shipping. I did not agree since I never signed up for a subscription.

I never even received an email receipt after I checked out using Apple Pay for my initial order. They sent me a screen shot of the receipt in their dispute email with me. It shows in small writing under the original order item "refill every 8 weeks" but nothing about a subscription or agreeing to one. Unethical business practices!
