Very Poor Sales Service
I ordered a bed frame and called Memory Foam Mattress to check it was in stock and they could source the product as it was out of stock everywhere else. After holding for 10 mins while they "contacted the supplier" I was told it was and it would be delivered in 3-5 working days if I placed an order. No word at all from them for 5 working days so I contacted them only to be told the bed frame is out of stock and I can have a refund. Evie who dealt with the refund was very good but very frustrating that they are happy to take my money and deal with the fall out after.

Extremely comfortable
Was kept updated on date and time of delivery by email. Packaged very well. It took about a week to get used to this new mattress but finding it very comfortable now. Definitely recommend and very good value.

The Komfi mattress I purchased is brilliant. Definite 5*. The delivery and communication experience was dreadful and unreliable. Based on the delivery information I was given both by MFW and DX freight I had NO mattress for a week - hence 3* rating.

Website was easy to use to place an order.
Delivery timescale was acceptable too.
The courier left my order in the porch as I had requested.
The new mattress is very comfortable and cosy. I chose medium firmness and it is exactly as expected. Thanks.

True to their word
Extremely helpful on the phone on mattress products and provided a confident assurance that delivery would be the next day. Delivery was duly achieved next day - a Saturday morning. Rolled mattresses unrolled, filled over next 24 hours and are comfortable at 140cm thickness (the maximum permitted on the two tier bed frame).

Delivery was crap
Ordering online was great, but delivery was shocking no Tx/email to say delivery date but I found out it was delivered outside my house with delivery driver sigh for it and had been outside my house for more than two weeks. Response from Memory Foam Warehouse was shocking.

Superb mattress

not as advertised
this king size mattress arrived not as advertised, it is not a medium, its very soft and I demanded a refund but this company are hiding behind terms and conditions. it would have been better if you printed the correct term in the 'description' so I wouldn't have this expensive foam thing in my home.
