I deposited funds into my Melbet account and actively used their platform. While I was losing money, there were no issues with my account or withdrawals. However, once I started winning and requested a withdrawal, Melbet's security team repeatedly imposed additional verification requirements.
Initially, I was asked to provide a selfie while holding my identity card, which I submitted. Subsequently, I was asked to provide my birth certificate, which I also supplied. Despite complying with every request, Melbet continued to introduce new and additional verification requirements without providing any clear justification.
This verification process continued for approximately 25 days, during which I remained unable to withdraw my winnings. After repeatedly fulfilling their demands, I was informed that my account had been permanently blocked, and I would not be able to withdraw my funds.
My outstanding winning amount is PKR 3,723,200.
I believe these actions are unfair and constitute an abuse of the verification process to avoid paying legitimate winnings. I respectfully request that your authority investigate this matter, review Melbet's conduct, and assist me in recovering my outstanding funds.
I am attaching supporting evidence, including:
Deposit records and transaction history;
Screenshots of communications with Melbet's security and support teams;
Proof of compliance with all verification requests;
Evidence of the account blockage and withdrawal refusal.
I kindly ask for your intervention and a thorough investigation into this matter. Your assistance in helping me recover my winnings would be greatly appreciated.

Don't invest in melbet site. They have unblocked my account and told to withdraw my deposited money but from last 3 to 4 days I am unable to withdraw my deposited money as all withdrawal options are showing error and stating that withdrawal will happen in same payment method of deposit and I am withdrawing in same payment only. These people's are fully scam and fraud so requesting you all please don't deposit money on this site. I am writing this review because Melbet's support is failing to clear my payment issues. I have a total of ₹6,000 stuck across three separate UPI Direct transactions from May 30th and 31st. The money left my bank account, but on the Melbet portal, it says "Unsuccessful deposit."

Avoid registering with Melbet; they are professional scammers. They can use your personal information to steal from you. I made a deposit on February 28, 2026, and I still haven't received anything... so beware of these thieves!

I get a message that a code has been sent by sms to my phone which sms does not come. secondary i sent several emails which have not been replied to. At this point, I am no longer requesting any winnings. I am only asking for the return of my original deposited funds.

Even after full verification, my account was blocked and I lost access to my deposited money without receiving a clear explanation or evidence of wrongdoing.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal amount of ₹49,400 that has not been received due to issues involving Telegram agents handling deposits and withdrawals.

Initially, I was connected to a Telegram agent from Howrah with Telegram ID: (new agent)@Alfa5020 for withdrawal assistance. My old agent(anup Singh) had previously deposited ₹21,000 and later informed me that he did not have sufficient funds to complete the withdrawal process. He then connected me with another/new agent.

The new agent instructed me to deposit money multiple times to process the withdrawal. Based on his instructions and trust built during the conversation, I transferred amounts including approximately ₹3,000, ₹10,000, and ₹8,000 through UPI/deposit methods. The agent transferred some amounts into my gaming account and also processed partial withdrawals and re-deposits.

Later, the new agent shared Player ID: 1656009821 in the Telegram chat and instructed me to ask my old agent to transfer funds using that ID. I forwarded the same player ID to my old agent, and the amount was deposited accordingly.

However, after the transfer was completed, the new agent edited/changed the player ID in the chat and falsely claimed that I had provided the wrong ID and that no amount was received. After this, the new agent cleared the chat history, stopped cooperating, and eventually blocked me on Telegram.

I still have some screenshots of the earlier conversations and payment/deposit proofs taken during the withdrawal process.

At present:

* Total amount involved: ₹49,400
* New agent is unreachable and has deleted chats
* Old agent says the matter is under checking
* I no longer wish to deal through agents and request direct official support

I request you to:

1. Investigate the transactions linked to the mentioned player ID
2. Verify the deposit and withdrawal records
3. Help recover my pending funds
4. Take action against fraudulent agents involved in this matter

I am ready to provide screenshots, transaction proofs, UPI references, and any additional information required.

Do not and I repeat do not deposit a dollar to this casino. I’m not sure if it’s even legit but you will not be able to withdraw your winnings. I have $800.00 that’s sitting therdd ex I can’t get out and I racked up over 30.00 dollars in long distance talking to their assistance who talk a mile a minute telling you all kinds of bullcrap so now I have to take the loss. Local agent scammed me for NPR 45,000 - Melbet not helping me
I requested a withdrawal of NPR 45,000 on 19 April 2026 through Melbet's local agent. The site showed "SUCCESS" but I never received the money.

After that, the local agent stopped replying and blocked me. When I contacted Melbet live chat, they refused to help and said they don't know about Askgamblers.

My Player ID is 1578412535 and Transaction ID is 4743167311. I have all screenshots and have filed a complaint with Curacao eGaming.

Melbet allows fake agents to scam players using their name. Do not trust them.

UPDATE: This is a misleading public response. Melbet claims they provided a 'solution,' but their so-called solution is to withhold my 5,000 THB deposit by using a fake 'Responsible Gaming' excuse right after I provided my legal Thai ID.

I have already sent several requests without receiving any response.
My account (ID: 856938697) was blocked even though all deposits and transactions were made from my personal bank account and all my activity was legitimate.

I have screenshots and proof of all transactions from my bank account, and I am ready to provide any documents or verification you require.

I still have not received any explanation for why my account was blocked or any information regarding my remaining balance of 4700€.

I kindly request an official explanation for the account suspension and clear instructions regarding the recovery/withdrawal of my funds.
