Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve always had great service from Pype hayes vets and would highly recommend.

I can’t thank the team at Medivet Richmond enough for what they did for my two puppies, Pax and Zeus.

I rescued them when they were just eight weeks old, and both were extremely unwell with parvovirus. Medivet Richmond were the only practice I could find that had the interferon needed to treat them. After the initial three days of treatment, they still required another week of intensive care, which the Richmond team were able to accommodate.

Throughout that time, they put an extraordinary amount of care, effort and genuine love into looking after Pax and Zeus. They kept me informed, reassured me during an incredibly stressful time, and most importantly, gave two very sick little puppies the best possible chance of surviving.

I genuinely believe that without the team at Medivet Richmond, Pax and Zeus would not be here today. They are now happy, healthy dogs, and I will always be enormously grateful to everyone who helped save them.

The compassion and dedication of the vets, nurses and entire team went far beyond what I could have expected. Since then, I’ve remained a Medivet customer at my local practice in London, largely because of the trust and confidence that experience gave me in them.

I owe Medivet Richmond a huge debt of gratitude. Thank you to everyone who cared for Pax and Zeus and helped get them through it. I will never forget what you did for them, or for me.

We took our cat to have his first ever de-matting of his long coat under general anaesthetic as a cat groomer we went to found our cat to be too aggressive to work with. Medivet gave us clear instructions before bringing our cat in for his treatment and also clear instructions post treatment. The team did a fantastic job on his coat - a lion-cut which should really help our cat's new future coat and also encourage us to try and get our cat to appreciate brushing and grooming.

Our cat had his annual booster which was given towards the hind quarters as opposed to the usual scruff of the neck. This caused a lot of pain and subsequently he lashed out resulting in the syringe becoming dislodged, the correct dose not given and the medication going on my arm. Consequently he had to have the rest of the dose on the other side which resulted in the same reaction. The poor cat was so distressed that his worming medication could not be administered. This was the worst experience at a veterinary surgery I have ever had.

Would recommend Medivet 100% from start to finish extremely pleased and our cat would recommend them as well ,

Great first experience with Medivet New Cross! Visited with our cat for annual vaccines and check up - slightly delayed due to an urgent appointment needed for another pet but this was unavoidable and they were very apologetic

Medivet Watford are by far the best Vet surgery I’ve used and I’ve had Dogs for over 40 years. I rehomed a dog that was abandoned there who is part of the family now and can’t imagine life without her and they handle all your insurance claims for you and take the stress away when your dogs are ill. Can’t recommend them highly enough. The team are incredible. Thank you all.
