everyone is so friendly and helpful the vet was very concerned that the procedure needed was very costly
and looked back on my dogs record and found that my dog had blood recently and that was still viable to use keeping the cost down. The family have been with these vets for over 30 years and even though the vets change the standards do not and I cannot thank them enough for the care they take of my dogs and us.
unfortunately their Llantwit branch has limited appointments and I have to drive to Cowbridge but I would rather do that than change vets

Nice. Welcome at reception and the two ladies who gave my dog his injections were absolutely fantastic and very professional considering how lively my dog is at the vets they handled him brilliantly and were very understanding and helpful. Thanks from Mark and Miko ..😊🐶

Excellent care and wonderful staff. I wouldn't take my mini panther anywhere else. I highly recommend the cat clinic, they are second to none.

Brilliant as usual, great staff, fantastic vet Mitch. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Most of all, I never feel we're being overcharged or they're trying to upsell!

The vets and support team are very helpful and supportive. It doesn’t hurt they are also very welcoming and positive.

Absolutely fabulous

Excellent service as always at Heswall Medivet. The vets are lovely, so gentle and calm with the animals in their care and they are thorough at their 6 month check ups. I know my dogs health is in really safe hands, I have complete faith and trust in this practice, I know they will always put the animals first not money.
They are attached to Celandine Wood Animal Rescue, and they are also the local wildlife vet, treating injured wildlife that people find and bring to them.

I just would like the medications, tablets etc to be priced more competitively and so not have the need to buy elsewhere, this would also enhance income for the practice.

Our dog went in for a dental so we only saw the veterinary nurses but all of them were very helpful and friendly

The Cat Clinic (Cardiff) is amazing they are very professional and make my cat feel relaxed.

Recommend this vets to anyone. Great services, knowledgeable and great with your pet.

My very adorable but reactive rescue cat Bella came to see you for the first time , you weren’t able to handle her as she was very angry but that was good as you didn’t want to stress her anymore than she already was and I really appreciate that. You gave us sedatives and another appointment to try again . Thankyou for your care and thoughtfulness to her
