Always kind, friendly and helpful

Unfortunately for us, our poor little dog has had to have a lot of visits recently, however, fortunately for us, the team at Collier Row Goddards have been absolutely amazing each and every time. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive group of people. Gordon is most definitely the best vet we have ever known and his team of fantastic nurses are out of this world. We almost always are able to get an appointment within good time and we are never kept waiting. Never once have we ever felt that it was all about money. At Collier Row all they care about is the wellbeing of your pet. They have been brilliant and we are forever grateful and fortunate. We would highly recommend this practice, they are ALL amazing ❤️

Have used these guys over the last 20 years, now on our 2nd dog. Our first died suddenly after an acute kidney infection and Goddard in Wanstead were fantastic from the first diagnosis to in-patient care and she came home when she didn’t respond to treatment. No fuss with fees/insurance either, all dealt with brilliantly by reception staff.

Nothing but very good things to say about the team at Goddard’s Fulham. They took such great care of Momo, the procedure was flawlessly executed, and his after care was perfect. Very transparent with costs and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

More than satisfied with the service and care, have been taking my cats for treatment for many years. The cat also gave 5 Stars for her treatment.

Just want to give a shout out to Jo & the lovely staff at Goddard’s Edgware. They treat my Lab with kindness & sensitivity & have helped sort out a way of treating his allergies (to grass etc) with fewer drugs and a vaccine in the main. Yes it’s part of a chain and yes prices are quite high (though probably in line with the market) but this location is great and I like that they also have an emergency hospital connection for peace of mind. The subscription for worming/flea meds that also gives a small discount on consultation fees works well. My lab also had a transformative experience when he went for neutering a number of years ago now. It was Summer hols and staff kids were there & all I can say he must have had extra love & cuddles in recovery because he changed his mind from hating to go to loving it that day. You get text reminders for appointments and can also book online if needed so consultations are efficient. Parking can be a little tight but the old vet (I believe) lives next door and also lets people use his driveway so that helps. We’ve had a great experience with them for nearly 5 years now. Always friendly and empathetic. Lots of treats for Roma! Miguel has seen her many times and she's very calm with him. He always gives good advice.

Ben was very good and spent time examining our cat. He was very thorough and checked his left eye, his ears, his claws and also gave him a flea treatment. He was very gentle with our cat who was quite stressed out at the time. I have recommended Ben to my friends as he is so kind and caring.

I left a WhatsApp message on Wednesday evening, after noticing my cat had hurt his leg. I asked for an appointment either Thursday or Friday. I got a call Thursday before 9am and made an appointment.
I was able to go later that evening.
The vet was very good with my mature cat, examined him thoroughly, identified the issue and medication was prescribed. He also helped me out giving him his flea/wormer treatment. My cat behaved like an angel, typical!
Goddards on Green Street Enfield always give an excellent and caring service.

It was our first time visiting Putney branch. Everyone was so lovely. The vet seemed very experienced and my dog was very calm around her. Lovely location as well, close to the river so good for a nice walk after a post traumatic vet visit 🤣

Receptionist Alison is very friendly and inviting, the vet took us through all the steps first and explained possible outcomes reguarding treatment for our dog.
