Fast, safe and reliable
I used MBE to ship some goods purchased at Sheffield Auction House to the Canary Islands. It took less than a week to arrive, which is a personal best so far and the contents, which were mainly fragile arrived unscathed thanks to the excellent packing. An excellent and helpful company.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced
This company lost my parcel 5 months ago and I still haven’t been provided for compensation or any sort of transparency. I’ve been treated with the most incompetence and lack of respect instead. To this day still waiting for them to resolve this, never trust this people with your money and possessions.

Still waiting after 3 months for my item to be delivered. They don’t reply to e mails . I would have given them a minus 1 rating if the system allowed it .MBE nationally should take responsibility as it is dragging their reputation through the dirt.

I honestly can’t praise the staff at…
I honestly can’t praise the staff at this company enough. I needed to send a parcel to the US and they helped navigate the extremely tricky customs requirements, including endless paperwork, kept in touch throughout the process, even checking in to make sure it had arrived safely with the recipient at the other end. Just brilliant!

Very Poor Customer Service
I sent a small box to my daughter in Washington DC (USA) that contained 4 boxes granola and some tee shirts to give to family members. At the counter, the box was opened to make sure the contents were as described. They checked to see if there would be any no customs restrictions and was advised it could be sent. The box cost £87 with FedEx and it was expected to be delivered at the end of November 2025. It never cleared customs and was returned to the UK 2 weeks ago. It sat around in MailBox Etc for a week and I was not contacted. I only found out when I went there to inquire about the long delay in the delivery. My complaint is that the manager should have contacted me and told me the package was returned. There is no excuse for poor customer service and I received no compensation after paying £87 for a service that was not fulfilled.

Ling, Sohrab & Selina are the best customer service I have ever deal with. Efficient, fast and super friendly. They explain al the options for sendign and when something goes wrong (not often!) they take ownership and help solving the issues with no drama and as quickly as possible.
