PRICE WARNING
Interesting company! sent my phone back (still in its case and screen proctor), to which they dropped the price as it had some scratches!!!!
Here's the thing it had no scratches as the phone since purchase had been put in a case and had a screen proctor applied immediately. These never came off and were even still attached when sent.
Seems to me that you send your phone in good faith and then you are in their hands for a price reduction!
Price still reasonable, but would I have selected them knowing this NO.
Use with caution and perhaps expect them to reduce the price once they receive your phone!!

The process of selling my old phone was surprisingly quick and easy. I received regular updates on what was happening after I posted my phone off, with Mazuma acknowledging receipt of my phone, confirming that it was indeed in the condition I had stated and that payment was in the post - all on the same day.

Very easy to use, downloaded the qr code and sent it via Royal Mail, they received it 48hrs later and I had the money the next day after they tested the phone, very quick and efficient, fair price and no haggling once accepted. Thank you very much

Super fast service! Same day payment.
Due to an upgrade, I had a mobile to sell on. Quote was above average compared to others. I posted my mobile on Monday, I got an email to say it had been received on Tuesday morning. Another email at 4pm Tuesday to say it had been checked and the payment was processing. Payment was in the bank by 6pm same day. Super efficient service. Got the price quoted. Definitely would use them again as it was hassle free!

I can see that when we tested this device we noticed that there were deeper scratches to the screen, screen burn as well as the device being a non UK model.
Unfortunately all of these faults are listed in our faulty condition criteria.

Prepare for lower offer
No different to the other phone trade-in sites. Offered £550 originally and rebuffed to £465, claiming a tiny scratch on the side housing.
Only positive is swift responses from the service team in returning phone free of charge
