We came to purchase new wedding rings. We were greeted with such a warm welcome by Kay. She knew exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much. Her customer service is excellent and you don’t feel pushed at all. She even had my engagement ring polished whilst we waited for the rings to be adjusted.
We would definitely come here again for future purchases.

Kay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped my wife choose a replacement engagement ring after she sadly lost her previous one and she made what could have been a difficult experience feel so positive and special. The quality of the jewellery is excellent and the customer service is outstanding.
Sara really knows her stuff. She assisted with my engagement ring two years ago and my wedding ring today. She knew exactly what I wanted both times and couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything custom made/altered to perfection.

As usual I received outstanding service from Kay. Clearly an expert in her field. I’ve purchsed an engagement ring, 2 wedding rings, eternity ring, earrings - all platinum diamond.
The latest purchase was a 1carrat earring which i was very nervous about (big ears, 54 etc.)
Kay was very helpful and not pressuring me to buy. I’m happy with my purchase but needed it altering. Kay worked with me & posted the earring back to me free of charge. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with knows their stuff.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, so many jewellery shops to choose from but the service i got when I came in to purchase the engagement ring I had to come back to see the same lady called kay when it was time to get the wedding ring. You should be proud to have such a lovely person working for you.

Kay was brilliant from start to finish. She was patient working out the style to negotiating on a budget that worked for us. I recommend coming here for rings, you will 100% be looked after!

Marlow’s is the best place. We have been coming her for the last 11 years and there are so many reason… expert advice from Kay and the team, fair price, honest and trust worthy. The jewellery quarter can be a daunting place but Marlow’s is a safe pair of hands!
