Voucher codes that don't even work
I was planning to purchase a Sony W800 TV, Marks sent me a 5% off voucher by email with a picture of the TV. When I entered the voucher code it was not accepted, Mark's said they cant discount this product. Why send me the voucher then ?
All in all a bit embarrassing !

We had our new Samsung American style fridge freezer delivered today, looks great, very pleased. Good offer on price from Marks Electrical. Easy website purchase, free delivery and very straightforward process. Also the delivery team kept me informed for a time slot and updated 30 minutes before arrival. Shaun & Simon, good team together, worked out the easy route into our kitchen and handled our F/Freezer with care, unwrapped and repositioned into our kitchen slot quick and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars, the problem was actually paying through the secure payment, however spoke to the company who were really helpful and payment went through. Delivery was within the timed slot and the team were helpful and polite.
