Delivery took extremely long and parcel tracking never worked, customer service was helpful, product looks as expected and it's medium quality
I ordered a couple of items and 4 weeks later nothing arrived and the status of my order was still not updated, kinda thought I was scammed.
I contacted the customer service and they were very quick to answer and apologise, gave me a new tracking link saying it would be updated in the next 48 hours, 5 days later it was still not updated, kinda thought I was scammed vol. 2.
Another week later my parcel arrived and the items are actually very cute and okay quality.
I expected them to ship from Paris because of the brand name, maybe that was wrong. They were not transparent on the website about shipping time or where they ship from (or at least I could not find the info). I believe transparency could be improved in each step of the shipping.

Disappointing Experience with International Order and Return Process
I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. It appears they are not well-equipped to handle international orders and returns.
I sent a package for return, which they claim was never received, resulting in the loss of both my item and my refund. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful, and I noticed that negative comments on social media, including honest feedback about customer experiences, are removed. In my case, this company blocked me on Instagram after leaving feedback.
Due to these issues, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Regarding international returns, we clearly state on our website that exchanges within the EU are free, but for returns from outside the EU, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, we remain flexible with return deadlines if the shipment takes longer, and we guarantee a refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned package.
For your return, do you have a tracking number that we could check? It’s possible that the package is still in transit or that there was a logistical delay.
Additionally, we do not remove negative reviews. Sometimes, we reach out directly to customers to resolve their issues, and in some cases, they choose to update or remove their review after the matter is resolved.

Delays in fulfilling order
I placed an order on 1/25/2025 (two weeks ago) and the order has not been shipped nor fulfilled. It’s reads that items is “processing” “label created”. They are claiming that items or on back order, however they still have the items listed on the website on the website.
Note - MLP responded to me that my order was “re-shipped”, however it was not, their was response was not truthful. They wrote me an email a few days later informing me that they were experiencing significant delays.

The email below indicates they are not aware of my complaints but they have already had several emails regarding my dissatisfaction of the quality and due to them being underwear i am unable to return. This company seems like a scam
This company seems like a scam. Their items are very poor quality and their return process is such a hassle and they make you pay the customs fee when you return items. They wouldn’t refund one of the items because they claimed there was a stain on it when there wasn’t (I tried it on literally once, and it was such a poor fit and low quality that I sent it back immediately).

We are completely transparent in our FAQs about the fact that our products are manufactured in China. Today, China offers some of the best manufacturing quality, especially for technical apparel. Producing sportswear in France is unfortunately not feasible as the expertise for this type of production doesn’t exist locally.
That said, we are indeed a registered French company, and you can verify this information. Furthermore, we have never claimed that our products are "Made in France," but rather that they are designed with care by our team to offer the best quality and style.

Scam company they send you cheap items that are rigid and on the small side direct from china. They say you get a free pair of leggings at check out. You don't!
£80 odd for leggings and weird top. No where to return or refund. Scammers.

Very disappointed with their service. I did not like the quality of the products and wanted to send them back. They do not show the return procedure on their website, I only got the return address after mailing them. I sent my order back to the address they mailed me, and had to pay for the costs myself. Now they claim they did not receive it, although it was send to the address they provided. They are not willing to help me in anyway.
Please don”t order anything here, it is a scam. Now I read all the reviews with this same experience, it is a shame I did not read them before purchasing anything from this website.

Do not purchase - wanted a refund because the quality was poor, uncomfortable to wear, ridged material, not soft especially when you’re paying $80-$90 AUD for a top (on sale too might I add). The return address was to somewhere that didn’t look like it exist and after another $62 AUD, it was returned back to me because it was unable to be delivered after making it all the way to France from Australia. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service/ apparently can't find my order despite taking money
Money was taken from my account no order email sent. I emailed customer services and & they took long to reply, then requested evidence - so sent them a statement downloaded from my bank account & even highlighted transaction for them. Apparently not clear enough. Back/ fourth with 1 day replies. If I didn't pick this up - money would just have been taken from my account. Poor customer service & question their integrity.

No refund after 3months of return, looks like a ins scam shop
Bought a sport bra, but the quality&fabric was far worse than the picture looks, size indication wasn’t so accurate. So i retuned the item in July. They try to provide store credits, but i insist on return on my own cost.(no return label)
I fully followed their return instructions, it was successfully delivered, but never heard from them anymore until now, contacted them two weeks ago, they say they didn’t hear anything back from logistic team..appears to me it a standard instagram scam shop: poor quality, reluctant to refund requests, and no refund.

Poor quality
The items arrived late and were stuck in China for like a week. They felt very nice after they finally arrived. Yet I wore the tank top to the gym for one sesh, and its string broke and now there is a hole! Contacting customer service right now, very afraid after reading the other comments that I encountered similar problems and never got refunded. It is a 39 pound top by the way.

I liked the quality of what I received…
I liked the quality of what I received but it was too small. I know French sizes are smaller than American sizes since most of us are fat, but I am thankfully not. So I'd recommend sizing up. Unfortunately the return & exchange process was not good. They offer cheap shipping to the US ($6 fee) but if you return, you have to pay the cost and the post office told me it would be $53! So I kept the items and received a store credit for 70% of the value. Not great. Other international shops I've used offer discounted or free shipping for exchanges. To be fair the customer service was good and fast.

Some items were good quality but one fell apart after a handful of uses. DO NOT BUY from this brand they will not acknowledge your legal customer rights as a UK or EU buyer and allow the free return and refund of a faulty item. Super not worth the hassle such a shame.

Delivery delay, bad quality for high prices, unsatisfying return process
Marie Louise had a huge delay in delivery without keeping me updated about the estimated time of delivery. Next to that, the quality of the apparel does by far not meet my expectations. Additionally, the return process was highly inconvenient.
In sum, I would not recommend purchasing from them at all.
