Entirely unresponsive when trying to initiate an exchange.

I ordered through this company because of the TrustPilot reviews. It's important for people to see that the experience is not 4+ stars across the board.

I placed an order with vendor on 12/8/2025 and received a shipment notification on 12/9/2025. Great! I thought my items would be to me by Christmas or shortly thereafter.

I watched the shipment status, and it stayed in "parcel electronic information received". I emailed MLP and requested an update and was reassured the package was shipped. Then I was given a "new" shipping number, which was the same as the original one. The same status and no movement for weeks.

Unfortunately, "parcel electronic information received" status means the shipping label has been created and nothing has been shipped. There were no updates from the shipping number and MLP repeatedly said the package was shipped, despite no updates from the shipper. In the meantime, I received 2 packages from other companies that also drop ship from China without issue - their shipping status was updated consistently AND I received my packages within 2 weeks of ordering.

I requested a cancellation of my order on 1/4/2026 and again on 1/7/2026. This was done because it was very clear that MLP had no intention of rectifying the order and were lying about my order being shipped. At this point I did not want the product anymore. MLP said they couldn't cancel the order because it had been shipped - despite all evidence to the contrary.

MLP clearly got themselves in a bind and did not want to take ownership of an issue they created based on a 12/13/25 email I received: "over the past few days, we have made the decision to change our logistics warehouse. This decision was made for one simple reason. It is an important step for the brand, designed with your best interest in mind and to sustainably improve our service... despite all our planning, the warehouse change has caused a slight delay in order preparation and shipping." They included a code good for 3 months - which indicates they are fully aware of the issue and how long it would take for things to be resolved. If they had been upfront with that information BEFORE an order was placed or at the time of the order, I would have been able to make an informed decision and had appropriate expectations. Instead it appears information was rolled out in a way to benefit MLP's bottom line, with zero regard to the customer's time or money. Who wants to spend more money at a company that repeatedly lies? Who wants to wear the products of a company that lies and gives customers the run around instead of being upfront with the situation? Order at your own risk.

I’m so disappointed!!! After buying a sports top from and instagram advert in pink which fitted me well, i ordered another one in black, the exact same size. However, when i tried it one it was too small, even though it’s the same size as the pink one. After numerous emails back and forth with Marie Louise Paris, I still have the top, as it’s about 1/2 the cost to return by post and Marie Louise Paris, will not take responsibility that the fault is theirs,and are refusing to refund me the money. Be aware it’s very expensive to send back items if you’re not satisfied with them

Cute designs. But all three items I purchased were poorly constructed and would not stay in the right places during a sweaty workout. Unlike brands like Lulu and Alo that get all of the construction details right, MLP clothing was cheaply made. For example there was a giant seam up the butt and back or the jumpsuit - not sewn down and no triangle fabric area to protect the private. Wouid have been like working out with a rope up my private area.

I placed an order in November that I have not received which can clearly be seen from the tracking information replied. I requested a refund but this has not been sent.

I honestly love MLP Sportswear. The quality is amazing, the fabric feels durable yet comfortable, and everything fits so well. The designs are not only stylish but also very practical, which makes the pieces easy to wear both for workouts and daily life. You can really feel the attention to detail. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to.

I ordered on the 6th December it’s now the 24th the item cost £60. It’s a gift for my daughter so tomorrow in Christmas Day this gift hasn’t turned up ! Upset sad frustrated ! I have chased up for weeks !! Terribly poor service I definitely wouldn’t use again

Didn’t sent the right order.

I’ve asked multiple times for the returns address for a refund and all I get is someone called Miangaly offering me 70% off future orders.

Don’t order from them. Its ridiculous

My experience was lovely. I had a question about an order and Juliana promptly responded with an answer that was very satisfactory. Also the fit was perfect!

This is a Chinese drop shipper. Clothes took over a month, really bad quality, and all labels in Chinese. Guessing all or most of the positive reviews are purchased. Don't be fooled.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and my experience. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings, they arrived and looked very different to the images on the website. The fabric was felt very cheap in comparison to the price paid. I then issued a return only to find out this is at my cost. I had to contact customer services various times to find out how to return and where to return the items to (not a smooth process at all).

I shipped express with DHL paid for shipping and taxes 😂.
10 days later I still have no email confirmation confirming my return has been processed / received or issued. I’m contacting customer services ( clearly not located in France) every day and am constantly chasing where’s my refund?? Customer services said they have received my return - so why haven’t I been contacted about my refund ?
I’m extremely unhappy with the process, and time and money this has cost me. You refund policy is terrible and must be made clear to the customer ( it isn’t very clear at all).
I will NOT be recommending this brand to any of my clients or any of my colleagues also working in the fitness industry.

Please avoid this company!

Very fast to complete orders but will not take responsibility for delivery company not delivering. Worst customer service. Will never buy here again.

Scam. They do everything possible not issue a refund. We returned items exactly as received, at our own cost. They are now claiming there are “stains” and refusing the refund. Total lies. We will make a legal claim.
We made 2 orders at over £300. Returned both through the horrible process at our own cost. Now get a vague email saying “an item stained” and no refund possible. Don’t even say which order or which item! Such a scam. Please totally avoid.
I do not believe the 5 star reviews. I believe fake.
