Ordered 2 pairs of bike tyres for our classic bikes. Payment taken for tyres within 2 days. No delivery but bank holiday between order so provided benefit of doubt. Still no tyres, called numerous times, heard the stories, staff blaming the new system, essentially they didn’t have items in stock and placed me on a back order. No issue if I was told that. Still no tyres, more calls with different excuses. Tyres delivered but only 2 not 4! Contact made immediately as I feared I’d be charged for 4. Declined to accept the remaining 2 tyres and asked for refund which has taken over a month to receive and required more calls. Even yesterday I’m being told that they think it’s because the computer says I’ve 4 tyres. I’ve got all the photos to prove it as packaging is considerably wider for 4 than 2 tyres (really simple and I’m really not that hard up). Not once have M&P contacted me, Chris, Gareth, Lee you add little to improving this service. You’re an absolute credit to M&P (NOT). Best of luck in the future, I wouldn’t use you again if my life depended on it. Whilst your average review status is high you need to take a closer look as more recent as poor reviews are on a 1:3 ratio.

Been using M and P for over 40 years, ordered several items recently, had great customer service, you can even speak to someone on the phone, also real bargains to be had, everything superfast delivery. Happy days roll on Summer

The company did work to my motorcycle leaving their workshop unchecked causing the bike to crash. I have contacted the managing director and have had no response. They could have killed me and clearly are not concerned as I have waited for a reply since the 6th March. If you value your life and your bike stay away from M&P. They should not be trading people could get killed.

An employee named Chris Clark was super helpful with me when something went wrong with my order, he was efficient at getting back to me and very effective in solving the issue

Chris Davis was brilliant from day 1, Great to deal with, delivered on everything promised. I could not ask for more, which coming from me is an extremely high appraisal, as I am hard work to keep happy.
Nothing but praise for the guys at M & P . I would not hesitate to buy another bike from them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Received the wrong item when messaging them they only respond with one message per day took 5 days for them to send a return label! When calling direct they are rude and as unhelpful as they possibly can be.
Would never buy from these again!

Absolutely awful company. I’ve ordered two different items from this company and they have both been sent out wrong. I ordered a top box sticker at £30 + and they sent me a pannier sticker and didn’t have my item in stock. And this time I ordered a charger and got spark plugs. Avoid at all cost and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t give them my business ever again

I live on Wirral and have a local Kawasaki dealer but decided to try M & P. price wise they were unbeatable but the level of communication and sheer professionalism ( thank you Keith from Sales ) of the company really impressed me.
Without doubt I shall make them my 'go to' should I need another motorcycle in the future.
100% recommended if my experience is anything to go by.

Ordered on Thursday day night after midnight and received Tuesday morning.

Bought a ktm 1290 adventure s from Cardiff
They delivered the bike to me with the tech pack not installed and the bike was leaking litres of petrol out the bottom of the engine when ignition is turned on ,the company is quick to responde when you enquire about buying a bike but the after service is shocking, after many hours trying to get to speak to anybody you just get the run around ,the whole experience with them is just so hard work you have to do all the chasing ,once they have your money and you have a issue you are going to have a lot of problems ,, which you soon find out after hours of calls to multiple departments service ,sales ,customer services ,they gave me there reasons why the tech pack wasn't installed but I knew this to be a lie because I've spoken to the sales and servicing before delivery to confirm the extras were all on the bike ,the bike was delivered to me as I could not pick the bike up myself ,I lost all confidence that this company could supply me a safe working motorcycle and how little they cared about you once they have your money ,I have asked for a full refund which they have agreed but 18 days later they still have my £15000 and the bike they have told me that they would pay me 2 weeks ago and still no joy,I get no response from anyone so I tried to find customer complaints ,if you look for yourselves you will find there isn't one there servicing department say not to do with them ,sales say it is out of my hands and if you ring customer services at Cardiff or Swansea they will tell you that it has nothing to do with them but will look into it and get back to you which never happens currently I have no means of getting a response back from them and have been left with no choice but to go through a solicitor to reclaim my money ,as a company director of an engineering company for 35 years i am in disbelief how bad this company treats there customer ,I can't even get a contact name and address from them to give to my solicitor so I have passed on all my emails and contacts with them to my solicitor and have left it up to them to deal with this nonsense

Wrong item sent, I had to phone the manufacturer to sort out the problem, emails left right and center,returned stating I want a refund, wrote refund please on returned paperwork,upon them receiving them I'm offered an alternative at over £100 more than I ordered, more emails (4 hours and 20 email now!) to ask for refund, when I get the refund it will be nearly 3 weeks from ordering. Dealt with them for over 30 years, never again, there is better competition out there.

M&P have always been a great company to deal with but especially on this occasion.
Chris Clark one of their customer service agents was outstanding!
When we spoke on the phone he gave me great reassurance and answered every question correctly and honestly.
Chris arranged for the delivery of my new helmet after reserving the stock on the back of the extremely busy Black Friday sale.
This chap is a real asset to M&P and their business!!!

Bought a tank bag in their sale. Very pleased with price and delivery. The only point I will mention is perhaps sending an email confirming dispatch with a tracking number. Their customer services answered a query about this via email within the hour. Recommended.

Dealt with Chris , very happy with the service . Wanted some foot rest extenders and Chris found what I needed, made up from various other spares as the ones I wanted were not available. Not only very efficient but friendly as well . Will have to wait for a couple of days , no problem . Have dealt with M&P before and will deal with again

Bought a brand new bike and had it delivered the beginning of May..Small scratch on the body work noticed on taking delivery of it. Matter still not resolved 6 months later !. Shocking service... Could have easily came up with a solution to resolve the matter, but don't seem bothered...Possibly hoping I'll loose interest...
Lost any further business from me as a result.

This company deal in fraud, taking your money for items they don't have, but when you try to get your money back., they ignore you,

I bought a item from them on Ebay, they took my money then nothing,, when contacting them they tell me they haven't got any in stock. But they're not giving me my money back.

It's in eBay's hands FOR NOW. But what they did was fraud. Theft. So I will do everything in my power to get them kicked off eBay. .

If anyone buys from these con men, then more fool you.

From first contact to the after sales assistance Chris from sales responded via WhatsApp as soon as he could. Bike was delivered and my old part ex taken away as smoothly as I expected, overall excellent service and highly recommended.

Also brilliant service from Rob the delivery driver who delivered the bike on time with a smile on his face.

Brilliant service work at the Swansea workshop - an easy booking in process, kept up to date with all work carried out and a full explanation of work carried out afterwards at a very reasonable cost. I have used this dealership for many years and have always had wonderful service at Swansea. Would heartily recommend any work carried out there based on what I have received.
