.Despite, deplorable couriers EVRI, formerly, Hermes or was it Haemerhoid, I received both the first & second, pair of in/correctly sized, motorcycle boots.

Then, unbeknown to me. M&P had then gone into administration. Albeit it, it's since been bought out and/or taken over?

Eitherway. I shouldn't have had to order from elsewhere.

Albeit, since relocating, 500km south, DPD, delivered to the wrong address and/or not receiving as such from CHEAP BIKES (a)R(n't) US and/or MY (unreceived) AUTO PARTS. This at my urban abode, yet another, lamentable, H.ouse of M.ultiple (thieving and/or losses) O.ccupancy.

To my consternation & indignation.Endeavouring to use a safe address. My sisters rural abode. But! EVRI, purported, they couldn't find her address. Albeit. Unlike hither too. Returned to & this, should be, no reflection upon, BIKER PARTS DIRECT whom despite forewarning didn't adhere to advisory & deliver by inter/national, MAIL

To my consternation. Upon the 5th attempt. Despite requesting DIRT BIKE STUFF, also, use inter/national MAIL. Incredulously, EVRI safely delivered. Albeit, Sisters, safe rural address, some 30km, distant.

All this unwarranted stress, anxiety, additional unwarranted expense, caused by M&P, whom categorically & unequivocally, refused to deliver, to this, my new abode...ditto, unco-operative, obstructive & unhelpful. BIKE I T MOTORCYCLE CLOTHING.

This, circa, 2023-26? Lamentably, brainless AI, only permits to enter todays date as do those other brainless, leg/LESS AUTOMOTONS, whom enable as such. Apologies for the procrastination too.

I have never received the goods for my motorbike, despite chasing this up multiple times. The staff were completely unwilling to help and came across as rude and dismissive, as if my issue wasn’t their problem at all. Customer service is shockingly poor, with no sense of responsibility or care once they’ve taken your money.

Overall, this company has been nothing but stress and frustration. I would strongly recommend staying well away from M & P Swansea and avoiding this place like the plague.

I ordered a tyre a couple of weeks ago, which I was given a delivery window that ended just over a week ago. I have rang them on three different days, and been promised a return call that day - which has not happened. I emailed twice ( the say they try to respond within 24 hours) with no response. Nobody there can tell me when I might expect my order - they’re useless. So they took my money and won’t respond! I guess I’ll have to cancel the order after Christmas! Shocking service! I wish a manager would read this review - because you can’t get to talk with one. They’ve lost any future business from me!

Purchased a new motorbike helmet ordered Saturday delivered today very impressed. Communications are brilliant very quick replies to any enquiries.
The helmet I purchased was much better than I expected very pleased great build quality I will definitely use M and P again

Nathan should NOT be a Manager is anyway shape or form .. totally unprofessional attitude and by end of the call was making fun that id wasted my time ..

Ordered and delivered for free in 5 days. Best price on the net. Not much more to say really. Will be back next time

Normally have a good experience with M&P swansea .This occasion they went above and beyond the norm, As I had a problem with my new Honda motorcycle which need to be replaced due to manufacturing warranty issues which the service team Mal,and sales manager Nicky, also the tech's was excellent, keeping me up to date and fighting my corner also helping me throughout the replacement and sorting out the replacement too. Would definitely recommend M&P for your next new or used motorcycle.keep up the great service, 5 star .

Went in to kit up my boy for his new moped at the Cardiff store. I have no idea about bikes, but Andy(?) couldn't have been more helpful and gave us all the options needed to get us started. No big sales push, just honest support. Would 100% recommend. Thanks

Good staff good price

I ordered some tyres for my scooter. The communication from m n p was atrocious. I had to open a case with Ebay.. head office didn't help passed the buck to the eBay team. They said the supplier sent the wrong tyre. Any other firm would have offered an alternative tyre, but no.. nothing. The scooter is in bits waiting, the communication has not got much better. I ended up ringing them. The person on the phone was not much help. It ended with the cancellation of the order... four days plus of repair wasted.
The good news...... I know who NOT to go to for my motor cycle needs...

When another garage delivered my Harley back to my house, they dropped it and damaged it,

I contacted M & P, they went over and above to help me source the correct parts to get my bike back its original condition before the garage dropped it.

Thanks to Lynette, Chris and Dan who all helped to make this happen would highly recommend M & P due to the level of customer service they gave me during this stressful time.

Purchased a chain and sprocket kit by JT Sprockets which only lasted a year. That's about 10,000 miles on an Africa Twin with a Scottoiler fitted. Chains are usually guaranteed for 15,000 miles.
Less concerned about the poor chain life than the treatment from M&P. Fobbed off with "must be lack of lubrication or wrong type of lubrication". This on a bike with an auto oiler. I split the chain 3 times to inspect the pins and they show axcessive wear and rust inside the sealed part. No external lubricant affects this part of the chain as they are o-ring sealed. You're just lubing the outside.
They are now ignoring my last email. NOT the sort of behaviour you expect from a reputable company.

Ordered a clutch lever. Given the price I didn't expect OEM but I did expect it to fit. It didn't.
No response to my email so I'll not be back and hopefully this will prevent others from making the same mistake.

Your lack of response perturbs me M and P.
3rd order placed and had to cancel first 2 was stock wasn't available, wasn't informed until I emailed asking to cancel. Thought would give the company another go, orde placed....5 days later I get....nothing yet...hold on....advertising stock you don't actually have is an absolutely awesome way to upset customers, anyway, another cancellation pending. Prior to this I had used them for gear and had no issue, what went wrong?

I going to do a section 75 claim through my Credit card
Will never use again

Visted the swasea store for clothing. The two women upstairs where friendly and welcoming And guys downstairs were sound, good choice of clothing and bikes so Would happily go back.

The cardiff store was lacking anytype of customer service, just seemed like they weren't interested in serving.
will stick to swansea branch seemed like a more welcoming environment.

Always a great service at M&P’s in Swansea. Staff are amazingly friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Always leave with a smile :)

I ordered a chain silver, a gold one came they had a 50/50 chance of getting it right how can you be so useless deifies belief.
