MandM should NOT use EVRI to deliver parcels.
I dislike MandM using EVRI to deliver my parcel because the EVRI drivers don’t seem to use a good SATNAV system to locate my house!!
First the went a completely different address and took a picture saying I was “out”!!! Then it was out for delivery for 3 days. In the end and in the future I will collect from an Evri agent shop.
Hence I am very annoyed.
MandM also used Royal Mail for a small parcel and this arrived ahead of time, so I was happy.

Delivered to wrong location as shown in the tracking photo,out of our hours, and not surprising stolen. As the cctv showed on the centre cameras. Your staff say that it was signed for, which seeing as the shop it was left has been closed down for two months,is doubtful.
Being treated as if im lying,despite being a regular customer is not really what I expected for such a low cost item

Wrong size. On shoes
Delivered on time my shoe size is 9 but I was unable to even get my foot into the slip on shoes. I am convinced the wrong size was displayed on the shoe.
So cost of delivery also cost of return no facility to speak to customer service.

I purchased 6 polo shirts size 3XXL…
I purchased 6 polo shirts size 3XXL however they are all too small and tight fit. The sizing is a joke.
Had to give them away. I will use a more reputable website next time to order 6 replacements.
